It was okay not the best .. the sofritas was a day old you could tell because it was just opened and there was barley any left .. and the woman that was making my chipotle looked at me stupid when I asked her are they getting more and she proceeded to put it in my bowl anyways ... they should have kept the door closed until they were ready .. once I got to the counter I asked for lemon there was none .. so I had to wait for something that should have already been prepped .. the food is tasteless .. and bland ... this doesnt even taste like chipotle I also got steak and it was still pink

Meat is inedible from this place. Every single piece of it seemed like it has been cooked in one of those weird salt-bakes. It was SO salty and SO overseasoned.......my husband and I literally picked all of the meat out of our burritos and tried to eat the rest of the stuff, providing that the rest of the stuff hadnt come into contact with the psychedelic-salt-trip meat. Really horrible. First and last time, Chipotle. I canNOT see what people see in this place.

I was not impressed. Dont get me wrong the food tasted good, more like Tex-Mex flavors. I got a steak bowl, they put plenty of veggies but where did the beef go? Too stinchy with the meat and by the time I sat down to eat my food was super cold with all the cold veggies on top of it. Not my first time Eating at a Chipotle restaurant, they can do a lot better.

I want to say this was my best experience at a restaurant in a while. The people were helpful and friendly from the start. Me and my fiance have never been to a Chipotle before and we will definitely be returning. I want to thank those who were working at the Conway AR location for making a long stressful day better.

And run in with staff involving customer service. Had to double wrap a burrito, ended up spilling half of it on the counter and throwing it away after refusing to simply put the ingredients back into the burrito. Wont be coming back to THIS chipotle.

Didnt feel mexican at all, more like texmex. I like to pay for a burrito with beef in it not more beans and rice, and for some reason it got cold quick... not my best 1st experience here...
