I never review things online but I had such a terrible experience with this location today. I ordered in the middle of the afternoon - not a rush time. After an hour and 15 minutes I called and they said it was on the way. At 2 hours I called and they said (nonchalantly) that theyd have to make it again if we still wanted it. When I asked how long it would take they then told me they were actually out of pan pizza and would I like to change my order? Easier to pack up two sick kids and go out than have it delivered. We wont be using them again - I dont recommend that anyone else try it either. I only put one star because they wont let you rate it as no stars.

Drivers always seem high on MJ with blood shot eyes barely half open. Never received cheese sticks that were ordered even after asking the driver to redeliver them. Called the manager, who obviously has no customer service experience, an hour later and was denied a refund....was told I could only receive a credit. Great food, but overall very poor & discourteous customer service. Thanks for the "credit", however it wont be used!

Called for delivery at 9:30 pm. Gave them my address. They said I was out of their area and they hung up. They were 2.8 miles away. I was disappointed and upset because I thought this was a reputable franchise that has consistent quality of service and also because I am on the road driving for my job most of the time and do not have time to stop at restaurants for any substantial meals.

Im a waiter. I know the kitchen life. So when I order two pizzas damn near closing time, Im okay with it being 10 minutes late. My pizzas arrived exactly as I ordered them and the driver was really chill. I order from this location all the time and Ive never had a reason to complain. Keep calm, keep Sriracha.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! Save your money and go next door to Whole Hog or Subway. The employees are rude. They run out of product. Timeliness is completely unimportant to them. Ive only ordered to go from them, but based on their attitude and promptness, I would say theres a great chance its also dirty and disgusting.

Everytime I order from them the pizza is half cooked. The pizza box is also always bent and seems to be poorly handled. The last time I ordered from them the delivery guy handed me my pizza and then went on to say he wasted pasta sauce on my box.

Called the store on 9th Street 1.9 and they put me on hold never to pick up again. I called this store 2.1 miles away and they told me they dont deliver to me. Does 0.2 miles break the bank? I mean Im paying a delivery fee.

Pizza seems not to be good anymore. The toppings dont seem fresh and I never get enough sauce. It seems we have to put extra sauce and cheese for it to come out good anymore. The wings are still good lol.
