This place is horrible. I live in Morrilton and everytime I have used them (out of pure desperation) I have barely lived to regret it. The first time was 10 years ago, my cheese sticks arrived with the cheeses stuck to the top of the box. When I called and complained, I was inform that was how they were meant to be served. Another time in the resturant it just took FOREVER to get waited on, get a soda, or or our cold food. The last time about a year ago, I ordered that box special because the girls had to have pizza (I should mention that this Pizza Hut is the only pizza place in town with delivery or a dinning room, we just dont continually choose crappy places to have pizza), it arrived, the one topping pizza was ham instead of pepperoni, but for that joint, I figured that was close enough, and I did not want to wait another hour. Turns out my neighbor had the gail to also order pizza that night and they mixed our orders, kept calling trying to see if another order was sent here too. It was like I was being stalked that night by a horrible and inept resturant. To review, poor quality, poor service, poor staffing choices.

Absolutely Terrible !!!! Called from hotel room for delivery, girl answering phone was cluless, in a town of 6500 had no idea where Holiday Inn Express was, even though its 1/2 block away . I could sense chaos in the background, complete cluelessness, and no understanding of customer service at all. 1 and 1/2 hour later, no pizza, called to check, person answering phone might as well have said "oops !, we forgot to deliver this". 20 minutes later pizza arrives, no crushed red pepper, Golly Gee ! Who would ever think someone might as for that !?! This is a seriously handicapped restaurant.

Order was suppose to have been ready at 6:05. Showed up at 6:15 and was told at the window that it would be another 5 minutes because they had gotten behind but if we parked, they would bring it out to us. After about 15 min my husband went into the restaurant and was told it still wasnt ready. Like almost 10 minutes later they found our complete order setting in the back on the counter where it had been the whole time. Didnt even offer a discount or anything to us for their screw up. Will not go back there. Out almost $40.00 and now have to go home and heat up our cold pizza.

There were flies everywhere, little to no pizza on the buffet. The waitress didnt give us straws, forks or plates, we had to get them on our own. Our table was sticky and unsanitary. We found two pickles in the chairs at our table. The dessert pizza tasted like cardboard with cheap sause. And there was a fork in the salad dressing. Hence my review of this one star shack they call a restaurant, I do not recommend that you eat at this place.

Poor customer service. We ordered a medium pizza and wings. We finished the pizza before we even got our wings. Waitress told us she had no clue why our wings took so long. Then I had to track her down to get our check. My girlfriend did however enjoy the pizza. My wings where ok but over cooked. They did give us a 15 percent discount for making us wait.

If I could zero star it i would. Never been thrilled with them but this time was terrible. Waited 2 hours for a pizza that never showed up, called a couple times and was told it was out for delivery. No it wasnt. Best I got out of it was they cancelled the charge. Ill get my pizza from subway before I deal with these chumps again.

Pizza was good salaid was ok wasnt many choices could be better,and i found a round piece of cardboard in my salid it must have fell in tha salid bowl from when it was choped up in tha back other than that it was ok i guess that was friday night the 15 of September

Not the cleanest and outdated, friendly staff, no changing tables in the restroom for infants. We were offered the buffet then after 1 plate were told the buffet was closed but they made extra pizzas and dessert to accommodate our little party of 8.

No one could answer simple questions. My waitress was very polite. Didnt have Calzone. Took 30 minutes to get personal pan pizza . (I was the only customer) Enter at your own risk... However, the food was pretty good.

One time I had to wait for 2 hours on my pizza and when I finally got it it I was put 50$ Second bad experience was when I had to send the pizza back three times because there was NO SAICE
