pizza hut gets 0 stars. the one on club lane is awful. The email confirmation we received stated that out delivery order would be here at 6:45pm when we ordered at 6:07pm. When we called to talk to a manager at the store nobody answered so it went straight to customer service where the lady consistently tried to lie to us and tell us that the wait time was originally 4 hours which makes no since because why would I order from somewhere and feed my kids at 10 at night when they have school in the morning. Then she tried to say that she wasnt customer service, she was at the pizza hut itself which wasnt true. will never order from this pizza hut again.

Our order was suppose to be ready at 610, we got there around 620 the lady checked the warmer and said it should be out shortly. So we go sit, thinking it would be out with 5-10 mins. 650....I finally go up there asking how much longer and they asked the workers in the back, it was sitting on the table for who knows how long! So when we finally got it of course it was cold! This is not the first time weve had to wait. Tonight we just thought they might have been busy because of football but over 30 mins is ridiculous!

Horrible service! Cancelled a delivery order after about 90 minutes of waiting. The employee we called to get a status on the order was EXTREMELY rude and lied to us for about 30 minutes, saying our order should be there any minute - the delivery guy finally showed up 20 minutes after we cancelled the order. Avoid this place at all costs, I know I will.

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times and 3/5 times the order is messed up. Called to tell them they messed our pizza up and the manager basically all but called my husband a liar saying we didnt order what we ordered. They have a complete disrespect for customer service. Very disrespectful!! Will not be ordering here again!

PIZZA HUT, You guys have gotten worse and with all your late orders and deliveries. Now Firing a manager for wanting his employees to have thanksgiving with there families. YOU ARE STILL THE WORSE PIZZA COMPANY. Hope you lose more customers. Go to Russos in Conway and they deliver for free and have great pizza.

Went there and stood for awhile waiting for seat. Waitress finally came over and said set wherever and that she would be back with us. Ten minutes later still no service, no menus, nothing. We were the only customers in restaurant. We finally got tired f waiting and left. They didnt even notice us leaving.

Decent prices for pizzas, wings and desserts. Dine in, carryout and delivery at this location. Salad bar is setup every day with fresh ingredients, and store is clean 90 percent of the time. If you want the best deal ask for the specials, and clip some ad coupons for the most savings

First they missed my order up and sorted me a cheese stick then I wait for 20 min on the phone to get them to deliver them and they said all they can do is a $10 credit. I will never go back to Pizza hut. You can keep my $10 and will never get any more of my money.

Never ever delivered the food by the time they give on the website. Always forget something. The manager on shift was very rude and unprofessional with no knowledge of their job duties. Would not recommend anyone to the Pizza Hut on Salem and Club lane, Conway Ar.

i went to pick up the pizza that was placed online. There was no one was at the counter. The was a person prepping pizza in the kitchen area saw me but didnt acknowledge me. After a short while I walked out.
