I hesitated to rate this chic-fil-a for a long time but this is the final straw. Countless times this Chic-fil-a has gotten my order wrong. Theyve also had me pull around and wait for my order on multiple occasions (which isnt a big deal but this has never happened at the Chick-fil-A on oak). The food also doesnt seem to be a good for some reason as other Chick-fil-As. Theyre also many times slower than other Chic-Fil-a chains Ive been to. If youre in a pinch go here but otherwise the drive to the one on oak street is well worth it.

I always love Chick-fil-A. I particularly like this store because it is clean and well maintained. The employees are very friendly and very sweet. Ive been inside, but I have also been through the drive-thru, which even on busy days runs like a well-oiled machine. Only recommendation? If you are a person who likes sauces, this store can very kind of stingy with them, so you have to be specific about how many sauces you want. They will give them to you if you ask, but you need to be specific.

I found the service to be quite lacking. The staff on hand were not interested whatsoever in the needs of the customers. Past 2 times have been the worst. Both times they brought out the wrong order. 2nd time we asked for three 4 count meals we paid for three 4 count meals of chicken minis. We got three 3 counts. And one chicken took up 2 biscuits. That was the final straw for the Prince Street chick-fil-a. They have lost our service

Chick-fil-A is always such an impressive company. Their consistency in food, service, and delivery is pretty incredible. I wish other fast food places would take note. Even if theyd only copy some of what Chick-fil-A does they would benefit from it. Anyway, this location is always exactly what youd expect from Chick-fil-A and as such we visit here often.

Last 3 times Ive been by this location and they had a person outside to take my orders. The order was wrong each time, even after the employee repeating my order to me. This morning the tea was sour and a long hair was in my hash browns cooked inside

The staff is so nice. I even had a lady come by offering freshly cracked pepper with a huge pepper grinder. Crazy! The food is good and I rarely wait more than a couple minutes for it to come out.
