Everything was slightly FUBAR from the get go. I Called in and asked to place an order for Pickup. I was called maam when I am a Sir, and corrected the person on the other end of the phone. I then proceeded to place my order. Meal Salad with Grilled Chicken and asked for Light Ranch. I was told to HOLD at that point as they needed to check "if we have light ranch". The person came back with "Sorry we do not have light ranch". I said "It is on your menu, do you not have it as in out of stock or do not carry it?" the person responded "We dont have light ranch". So I stopped right there. I wasnt going to go back and forth about why the dressing I want they do not have (and cant get a straight answer about). So I just ordered Italian. Star lost. I then ordered Two Sandwiches, Both BIG BROTHER. Pastrami and Corned Beef. Add Onion. I was told 25 mins and I hung up. I showed up 25 mins later. This is where they earned the First of the stars, the food was ready, the girl was nice, ran my card, gave me my food and off I went. Unlike Sandwich places like Mcalisters and others, they did not review the order with me. Just told me the total, asked for payment and handed me a bag. But I figured a Salad and 2 sandwiches what can happen. Also the receipt was on the bag and has all 3 things listed so I was ok with heading home. Got home and here is where they lose another Two stars. The Salad, It was good but who ever made it put the huge butt end of the lettuce in the salad. You know the Core youre supposed to smash and pull out or Cut and throw away? Well the whole Hunking huge core with a bunch of hard lettuce was in in the salad. Broke my Plastic Fork trying to put my fork into it because it was hard and Not supposed to be there. It was Quite Large, lets say the core and lettuce they cut off was big enough to cover the entire palm of most adult hands. it was also about 3 inches tall. Yea, not happy there. Now the Sandwiches. I did not want to be a hardass and leave only 1 star, the sandwich did fill me up and was OK, but there were issues. Issue one. NO FRIES... I think the chef must be preoccupied because a huge portion of the sandwich is supposed to be a heaping amount of fries on the sandwich. There was NOTHING on Either Sandwich. Not a Single Fry.. So there are lost Stars. Should only be one Star but Ill give two because what was in between the bread (which I will get to in a minute) was OK. The Bread. Its good but it makes for crappy sandwich bread - at least the way they use it. If your gonna use giant Italian Bread at least toast it or something so it dont fall apart from the Slaw and meat juice getting into the soft part. The Bread is average, nothing special like their menu proclaims. THe Pastrami Sandwich otherwize was great. The Portion of Pastrami was good (not super generous but good) and the Provolone was there, but could use another slice, now I know why the menu says EXTRA CHEESE in large letters at the bottom. Its barely tasteable with the amount of Meat. The Slaw, VERY GOOD!!!. I also added Onions, the portion was great and they were very good too. As for the second Sandwich, The Corned Beef, was Dry... hard to chew but overall with the rest of the parts, the Cheese, Slaw and also the added onions, it was good. Again Not a single Fry on my Sandwich. Kind of feel cheated. I will most likely not do take out again. I might give them a second chance when I can sit down in there, that way if this order was ever repeated to me in the restaurant it would get sent right back to the kitchen. Keep an eye on what youre supposed to get and make sure you get what you order.

We attended Primati Bros on its grand opening. While we expected an extremely long wait, we were met with only a 20 to 30 min wait. Not to bad for the HTC area. Now, with the opening of a new restaurant, mistakes can be expected and they need time to change and make improvements. After our wait, we were seated and our two children were given coloring placemats, crayons and animal crackers (nice touch - the animal crackers appeased the 1 yr old for the time being) The menu was easy to understand but we did have a few questions that our server Matt answered for us. He knew the menu and knew what he liked. After we ordered, our 5 yr old was growing restless and I directed her attention to the coloring pages. After actually reading the paper, the color page linked to an app I could download on my phone and then bring the picture to life. It suddenly revived her attention to coloring and our lives a little easier. Im not going to lie, I really wanted to start coloring too. Check out - Quiver. The food came out in a timely manner but there were a few things missing. Again, mistakes are to be expected on a launch night. The owners and the managers walked around checking on customers and the atmosphere was extremely friendly. Overall, I would say we had a great experience and will be returning to try other menu items.

Have you ever walked into a place and immediately been like "meh". Yup this is that place. Its your typical bar and grill. When we arrived they informed us itd be about 45 minutes until we could get a table. There were a party of two ahead of us and that was it. We were informed and elected to sit at the "firepit" which was open seating. As we walked over there were literally a 4 open tables -bussed, clean and ready to go. But we sat at the pit figuring it must be a reservation. Those tables were empty the entire meal.... insert eye roll. It was 73 degrees outside but yet the fire pit was blazing. I literally set my menu up to keep the heat off my face. Then after some confusion the waitresses part my burger arrived. My boyfriend sandwich was no where to be found though. 5 minutes later our appetizer showed up.... yes or appetizer was there after my food and before my boyfriends. Then his food shows up roughly 5 minutes later. Lets just say it wasnt the worst experience Ive ever had at a restraunt so thats why they got 3 stars. Plus they have the Steelers flag so I am a bit biased for being lenient.

I never post reviews for restaurants but I felt the need to today. Went there for the first time this weekend and needless to say I will NEVER go back. The food was ok at best but the service was terrible. The waitress barely ever came to check on us when we needed drink refills and the place was not busy (we sat right away and it was maybe half full at at the time) most of the employees were too busy on their phones or talking among themselves. When the manager came around to our table to see how we were doing she was quit rude and seemed as though we were wasting her time and she had better things to do. She also appeared to be young to be in management. The only chance I would go back again is under new management because as I said the food was ok but poor and inexperienced management tends to show in all of the employees from the top down!
