This buffalo wild wings is about the worst one Ive ever been to and Ive been to a good handful of them. They have rude customer service, they are EXTREMELY slow and they change their way of doing things every time I place an order. Usually someone rude answers the phone every time I call to place an order and they tell me something different each time. I usually change my wing sauce by 4s on Tuesday and Thursday wing day and sometimes when I call there is no problem with doing that and others they say I am not able to do that and its always been that way. When I ask to speak with a manager to figure out the correct way of how I can get my wings, I am on hold for a LONG TIME....sometimes, I just hang up and get food elsewhere. After the rude, terrible service I got a few weeks ago I have decided to no longer get food from that location. I will drive the extra 15 mins to get it from the location in Noblesville! I love the food at that place but not worth the headache! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you plan on waiting for forever to get your food and/or deal with terrible customer service.

we just had take out from here and it was horrible! when we picked up our food (right on time) the buffalo chips were cold and soggy, we had to reheat and crisp them up here! We also order 24 wings (8 medium, 16 honey bbq) the medium had absolutely NOOOO sauce on them! there were a few smudges of sauce on the sides of the box but they didnt taste like anything and were dry! we only got 15 honey buffalo wings. Horrible experience...contacting them to get my money back!!! and on a side note, the one time we ate in there, it took over an hour and a half to get our food. and it wasnt just us, every table was just sitting there with no food! the waiter kept telling us were next in line but it didnt matter because NO ONE was getting food. complete waste of time and money.

This rating is all based on the service. Been to this location 3 times now. All three times the service has been terrible. Most recent visit had us sitting for 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to ask about drinks. Extrapolate that how long it took for the server to come and take our food order, deliver the food, and make sure our food/order came out ok (which it didnt, but by the time the server came by again we were already done with the meal). Had to ask a different server twice if they could please get our own server for an issue as well as to get our bills because our server was nowhere to be found. Love going to Bdubs, but this location has routinely shown piss poor service, enough to just go to a different location much farther away

The service was terrible. Our waitress dissapeared the entire night. When we were brought out waters, one came with a bug in it. One person in our party was brought the wrong drink entirely just minutes after ordering. We waited a long time for our food. When the food came out it was cold as if it was sitting out for quite a while. Some of our order, when it was brought out, was incorrect as well. When it came to paying the bill, after our waitress eventually showed up, she walked past our table for over 15 minutes before she came and took our bill to be processed. Overall, this experience was a major disappointment and I would recommend going to any other Buffalo Wild Wings location instead of this one.

I will start by saying ive never had bad tasting food here. Thats the best i can say. The wait staff is usually pretty good but sometimes they disappear for long periods of time. My biggest complaint is with how SLOW the kitchen is. The last three times weve been it has taken nearly an hour to get our food and its never anything complicated. Usually kids meals and wings for the wife and I. I enjoy the flavors of the wing and if i went for the games and had all evening the kitchen speed wouldnt bother me. That being said, this establishment is impossible to eat at over lunch time and get back to the office in a timely manner. Sorry guys, but the kitchen speed needs some serious work.

This happened August 7, 2017. the service is terrible! My daughter and me went to lunch there. We arrived around 12:35 the waitress took our order and brought our drinks. After about 20 minutes we flagged her down and she said she would check. At 1:25 we still had not received our food. I flagged the waitress down again and asked what was taking so long. There were other people who came in after us and had eaten and paid. The waitress did not come back. We flagged her down again and asked for the manager who apologized and wanted to find out what happened but we had enough and left. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option!

The food is average but close to home. Tried to eat there several times, but because of different issues, finally wrote management and gave up on going back. They gave me a 25$ gift, didnt ask for it but rather was just trying to enlighten them on current issues they have. Tried one last time, didnt use the 25$, and of course got the wrong food. Former food and beverage worker who simply cant understand how their operation is run so poorly, and how all these negative reviews are ignored.

Went to Bdubs today and probably received the worst service possible. With a 30-40 minute ticket time for 50 wings and cheese curds. (Also we were the only table in the restaurant with two people at the bar top.) Our server had a pretty nasty attitude and hardly came by our table. This is another bad experience Ive had at this particular Bdubs and will now have to make the drive over to the 37 Bdubs to actually get reasonably timed food and servers that care about their tables.

Terrible. Out of boneless wings and the beer I wanted. Refused discount. Charged us for cheese, said we were wrong when we said it came with it. Talked to a manager after I showed him he was wrong. Trash covering the floors, everywhere. Saw manager talking to employees over $0.50 cheese mischarge for almost 10 minutes, then he walked away and did not even come out. This is about 5 bad experiences at bw3 in a row, they never respond to complaints.

If you want to get some wings, this is an ok option, but you are going to be flipping a coin in regards to the service. In the last six months the service at this location has been extremely disappointing. We have stood at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes waiting to be seated while a half dozen servers chit chat. There is some good staff, but a good percentage of them need some leadership.

I ordered some take out today and the manager on duty (tabby I believe) really took care of me. I made a bone head move and forgot my wallet and she was very patient with me as I was frustrated with myself. They all provided me with excellent customer service and due to this I would definitely recommend this location.
