I grew up a little bit north of this location, so I have been to it many times over the several years. The most recent experiences havent been improvements. Though the food seems just as good as any other Buffalo Wild Wings, the service and guests who go here really make it suffer. The guests that choose to go here really arent the restaurants fault, but they do affect the atmosphere of the restaurant, so they do make my 2 star rating more concrete. This area has grown ratchet over the years which kind of just brings the whole place down, and you can feel it in the employees spirits. The service is the real problem though. As a server, I am very familiar with the difference between great, good, average, bad and unacceptable service. Though a handful of the servers who come and go at this location are nice, good servers, too many of them arent to be safe. One thing thats crucial for any good BW3s is to know that their sauces are their selling point. When I ask for extra sauce on the side for anything (particularly when I ask for extra ranch), give me extra sauce! If the servers arent allowed to give more than a certain amount when asked for extra, thats managements fault. They should worry more about the guests experience rather than pinching pennies. By the time my server has gotten around to getting me a third ramekin of ranch, the rest of my wings have died (that means they are too cold to be enjoyable). And if you ask someone not your server to get you extra sauce (like the runner bringing your food to the table), good luck! Teamwork is rarely an asset with this location. Multiple times Ive asked a different server for extra sauce and neither that server nor my server brought it. Its all about the sauces people! Worst experience was a couple years back when my family got an extra order of onion rings with the sampler platter that already comes with some. See, we love the southwestern style ranch with the onion rings. Divine! Problem was our separate order of onion rings had like eight rings. $7.79 for eight rings? Not cool. We had the manager come by because this had to be a joke right? Our sampler had almost as many onion rings and it was less than twice the price. Instead of fixing matters, he just told us the ring portions were measured by weight so there was nothing he could do. And thats exactly what he did. Nothing. My family never wanted to go back after that, and we rarely did, mostly just for takeout to pick up wings on game nights. My message to the manager, and I know you guys read these ;), just because youre used to ratchet guests doesnt mean you have to treat all of them like that. Either treat all of your guests well or learn to tactically discriminate. By the way, ice has weight too. Onions are full of it and if the onions have been in your freezer for a while, water condenses onto and inside of them. A lot of it. So the whole weight thing isnt really a fair way to measure portions, particularly with onion rings. But that fact probably doesnt matter because I doubt you actually weigh your rings. Most restaurants eyeball everything when it comes to throwing it in the fryer, but I wasnt going to call out your lie given the small chance you were being honest. Ghetto guests engender ghetto service.

Service is and has been horrible at this location for years! Were sitting in this booth telling ourselves, WE KNEW BETTER!!! 30 min after ordering which took 20 minutes to achieve, we were told (Im gonna be with you, its gonna be another 30 min on your wings.) WINGS! Its not like we ordered something uncommon! This is it! I wont be back until I start seeing better reviews on a more constant bases. This store needs to have better managment!!!!!!! Where the head goes the body follows and this store is horrible!!!!!! We got here at 7pm its 8:40! Still Noe main dish. Appetizers have been gone for a while and waitress has come to the table only to tell us of the delay and (it should be up soon!) And NEVER asked to take away any trash or plates. This is NOT an ideal situation with a two and half year Old. The when offered a tablet for our child we were brought this tablet that was not only none operational but COVERED with who knows what. We opted to use alcohol wipes to get it usable. .......well its 8:50 no food were done.....

I applied for a job at this place and this manager called and told me to call her anytime.So I called her for 2 days with no answer.The third time I called the call transferred to her phone and she answered very nastily and was very rude to me saying I should wait until someone called me when SHE was the one that called me in the first place.She went on to say I waited forever to call and yelled at me to call in a week and was the most unprofessional person Ive ever spoken to.She is a terribly rude and spiteful person.Shes the reason nobody decent works there, and everyone deserves to know just how disgusting her behavior was.She should be sacked.

The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings is absolutely the lowest of the low. Tonight over 6 waiters and waitress stood in the doorway to the kitchen for over 20 minutes while my boyfriend and I waited to be served the call-in order we had placed 45 minutes before. After they handed us the bag and we checked on the food theyd given us we realized it was cold and they had shorted our sampler (the only thing we had ordered) the wings. They refused to take it back over the counter and fix our meal, and refused to refund our money, saying we would have to speak to a regional manager. I will absolutely be doing so tomorrow morning.

You cant go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. If you sit in the bar, you will not get as good of service in the bar as you will the dining area. Ive never had to wait an hour and never received cold food, they are always delicious and we eat there about once a week or so. If you sit in the dining area, request Bre for your waitress. She is the cutest and nicest girl you will ever meet. My fiance and I went and were both kind of in a bad mood and she cheered us up with her smile and amazing personality. You will not regret going and being served by her!

Waited forever for our food. I asked our waitress twice to please check how long more our food will take to be ready because the first time she forgot to do it and the worse came when she comes back the second time to let us know it will be 10 to 15 minutes more because she forgot to turn our order in!!! Although she apologized and took care of the appetizer, we still very disappointed, every time we needed refill in our sodas we have to ask for it. It was my sons birthday and a bad decision in choosing these place to celebrate him.

I didnt like this place at all....the managers was terrible one of them was a female she Didnt want to help my mother and one of them was a man and he was so rude to my mother....he called the police on her because she wanted to bring her food back with her receipt and he told her she was trespassing and he hung up the phone on her....I found a piece of hair in my food and no Sauce on my wings and they shorten my wings I had less than I was suppose to
