well first of i came here and the parking lot was completely empty. not one car was here. so at this point im thinking maybe this was a mistake, but we were already here so we just took the chance. we walk in and like i said there was no one here. there was a lady who took us to our table and not to mention she was rude and had quite an attitude. I picked the menu up and as a normal person going to hibachi restaurants and getting fried rice was a normal thing. but the downfall for this restaurant was that there was a 1.99 fee - for rice ?! that i normally get for free at other places ? thats crazy. they didnt even have ranch for salads. i was very excited to eat at a different habachi place but i cannot stress enough how dissapointed i am with the staff, prices, and the food. i highly do not recommend this place and i can assure you i will not be back!

The food is cooked and served in front of your face. You get to see what they put into your dishes. The cook is very professional and polite. The waitress informed us that the water is double-filtered so it tastes sweet. There are two choices of salad dressing (the salad comes with each entre). I think sesame one is a better choice. And they serve rice with the noodle entre which I think is kind of interesting. And you get to choose between steamed rice and fried rice (you pay extra for fried rice).

The food is good I guess....we still have not eaten. We called for a reservation two months ago for 60 people . They never mentioned there was only one chef. We have been here for almost two hours. We are in town for a tournament and are on a schedule and this is killing us. Out first table was done over an hour ago and we still have two more ahead of us. Its a good thing the rest of the restaurant is empty.

My husband and I have been going there for years. We have never had a bad meal here. We have gotten to know the owner/chef, Tu, and he is a wonderful person. You can walk in dressed in anything from jeans to formal attire and not be out of place. We will be very sad if they ever close. We prefer Mt.Funi over a similar restaurant around the corner.....

Amazing food. I always get the fillet - SUPER flavorful. And all their entrées are so generous you will have leftovers to take home. The chef has lots of cool tricks when he cooks in front of you that kids always get a kick out of. Well worth the price. Lunch is more affordable.

The service was very slow, (over an hour from the time we sat down until the chef arrived at our table) the cook was not engaging. Not a good experience. The food was not of the caliber we were expecting for the price we were paying.

Lots of fun and a great time! The food was delicious and the show was spectacular! It was everything you expect from a place that cooks the food right in-front of you. Try it, you might like it; plus everyone else is doing it.

Great place to go eat. Not overly pricy and nice staff/entertainment while you eat. Wait time is a little long as there seemed to be only one cook the night I went. Food was great though and I would recommend this place.

I absolutely loved the manner/politeness that the chef had with the customers. It was fun to watch the food preparation. The food tasted great. Even the small, appetizer salad with sesame dressing was delicious.

It was good. The chef was very nice. We wished that they had Yum Yum sauce as it is our favorite. We all had hibachi and we were the first table of the night so service was exceptionally quick for us!
