We went here tonight for our Valentines dinner. We sat in the Sushi bar as it was available immediately and is the only intimate dining area they offer. Walked in and 7 tables were available but all of them covered in trash, nasty left over food, beer bottles, dirty napkins plus trash and food all over the floor. We stepped over the food and silver ware in the floor and cleaned off a table ourselves in order to have a seat. Three other couples whom came in after us had to do the same. We had no choice but to pile up the trash and dishes on another dirty table. We figured they were busy and would eventually clean at least the table next to us off. But nope we sat there during our entire romantic meal with these nasty, trashed tables right next to us that you couldnt avoid looking at since it was literally right next to us. We were there for a little over an 1 hour and the bus boy didnt show till almost everyone had left including us. Nothing like a $65.00 meal next to a pile of trash at your Valentines dinner. We will reconsider eating here in the future. Especially for special occasions. This place used to be one of the top places to go to, not so much anymore. Food was good but would have enjoyed better with out the trash and old food staring me in my face during my entire meal.

I am a long time customer. I have repeatedly visited for over ten years. I loved them very much until this visit. I attended for lunch this past Saturday. My date and I were there for my birthday and barely spent 30 minutes there. The server came in and wanted our order right after sitting. Within the next five minutes the cook came out, sort of cooked our food: it was obvious this time the potatoes and carrots were precooked as they fell to pieces. There was no show; it was my dates first time ever having habatchi, he was not impressed with the food or the show which was just a rapid mess. I knew the cook from many previous visits, never has he preformed so little or used so much soy sauce! My favorite restaurant took a nose dive. We were rushed out. Immediately after our food was finished they wanted to give us to go boxes. At that point only 20 minutes had passed. I felt rushed, disappointed and only mildly pleased with the food I have bragged about for over a decade. Shame on whoever took over. Add the fact that the ribeye and the New York strip looked identical raw and tasted the same cooked. Not worth the money at all.

We were excited to take our 9 yo for a new culinary experience tonight. The wait was short but apparently that is because they rush everyone thru. No sooner had they sat our soup down, then came the salad, then our appetizer. Moments later they are cooking and filling your plate. There is not enough room on the table for multiple dishes and a drink. Our chicken and steak was bland and tough. The rice had so much soy sauce that all you could taste was salt. Before our table was even half way through our server was handing us to go boxes. I wanted dessert but I got the hint that we needed to leave so they could set the next table. I would have had a more favorable and enjoyable experience going to Panda Express I believe.

After a 25 min wait we were seated in the inferno of a forgotten back room. We waited 47 minutes for a "chef". I say chef with quotations because this guy was nothing more than a glorified McDonalds line cook. 4 minutes after we got our chef the group across from us (who arrived 30 minutes later than us) got what appeared to be the most entertaining chef in the house. Now 20 minutes into our "chef" cooking my food is still not done. Ive completely lost my appetite now. I will never come back to this place for any reason ever again. Not one apology from management for the horrible wait time either. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Ill start with the good. Service is good - everyone is pleasant & courteous, and place seemed to be nice & clean. Food is all right. I ordered chicken teriyaki hibachi and it was all dark meat, and I was not thrilled -- especially for the price. But I said something about it, and they let me trade it for the same price as the chicken. Sushi was not good either, but maybe it was just been what we ordered (??). And I do think its weird that they serve potatoes with hibachi.

Ive eaten here only once because I wanted to try something new, and I wasnt very happy by the experience. I was placed in a distant dining room, far from the entrance room past other seating areas, and there was only one other person in it by time I left. The food is kind of pricey, I was confused by the menu and I waited forever for the waitress, who only appeared to take my order and give me the bill, the food brought by a second person - I will not be going back -

Well the food was good but I hate liars....i ordered a aged ribye. When the cook came out I asked where my aged ribye he laughed and said we dont have aged ribye all are ribye are the same...so I asked the waitress to change it please and then she got the manager to come out she argued with me saying I got a aged ribye I dont have time for liars so I payed and went on with my night.lieing to customers about what you serve is no way to make money.....

May be our last visit. Were moving. Been coming here for 15 years. The food prep show is great for 1st timers and always amazing for children. The food itself has always been very good (they cook to order in front of you) and in 30+ visits, theres always enough left over to take home. If you become a regular, dont forget to get yourself a Kabutos card. Free meal after a curtain amount of points. Thanks Kabutos, its been nice...

I only ordered sushi to go. But I have to say, the place didnt look like a restaurant I would go to. not much atmosphere. The sushi wasnt that bad, not very good either. Just average, which is not necessary a bad thing. There isnt much rice on the sushi. Also, not necessarily a bad thing. You just might need more rolls of youre hungry. The only reason why I chose this place was because I was staying in a motel next door.

This place is awful. They messed up our order. The manager, Amy, was completely unapologetic and no help whatsoever. She actually walked away in the middle of me talking and went into the kitchen so that she wouldnt have to deal with it. The opposite of what any manager would/should do. Staff and experience was just all around terrible. Drive the 5 extra minutes to Fuji and get good food and good service!!

Food, service, atmosphere, and people were all good. My party and I had a great time and I cant wait to return. Its a little on the expensive side but when you consider theyre giving you two full servings of food you kind of over look that part, and not to mention the show youre getting when the chef is cooking your food. The drinks and fun were definitely flowing all night.
