We were there yesterday checking out the sweets for an event. While they had variety of sweets and reasonable prices per lb, they dont give out any sweet samples and if you have to buy individual pieces to sample, each small piece costs $75 cents. While we were there we also bought four samosas and the young lady gave us a small chutney sauce, and we asked for one more sauce. She was very rude and said that she normally wont give any sauce with samosas and just because she was nice she gave us one and then charged us for the second sauce. When we asked her why does she have the samosa sauce there if they dont give out with samosas, she said she wont answer that. She had no concept of customer service and was rude and had an attitude. We are not going there again.

It is worst place. The guy named AJ who is the owners son is horrible. He thinks he is the president of usa and customers should work for him. We ordered pani puris at 6 pm on friday and after having one plate my wife wanted another one, In between we asked for extra chutni as the pani was very spicy. The guy got mad and said they are out of pani puri and dont have any more. The old lady came out and started yelling like crazy. The neighbors to the place are also in sync and echoed that they have very bad attitude and bad reputation. I even checked later that the lady was poking her nose and wiping her face and after that handled the food without the gloves. WORST PLACE AND STAY AWAY FROM IT.

Absolutely great food, and inexpensive. They do need a better place and location. Its the definition of a whole in the wall restaurant but its so delicious. The owners have their teen kids taking orders and working the register and they are always polite and friendly and like to converse with you. They have a large variety of authentic desserts, most of them are good and the samosas are to die for. I moved to Arizona and make sure I come here when I go back to sacramento and visit. Never thought this mexican american would like indian food before I tried it for the first time, now its one of my favorites. Especially Samosa Garden. Its a must try.

Trust me.. i eat mutton curry plate, she took one dollar extra for that plate. The muttons were just bony.. And the curry was too much spicy. God know what kind of oil they use.. After 6 hours i am still feeling stomach ache. We also eat Jilabi, If you go again and obseve carefully. You will get burn oild smell on Jilabi. My wife ordered some cold chat. It was just patatos and color on top of it. Just avoid this place. go somewhere there is buffet. I can assure you will get better food in buffet than these plate meals. Price was cheap ..but not worth to drive and i can bet if you eat these foods regularly the hospital bills will be high.

Horrible service and the lady owner is so rude and would always charge extra money all the time. Greedy and horrible never never ever going back there. I have bought samosas there a lot of times and yesterday when i went to buy samosas the owner lady didnt let my mum who is 67 use the restroom and told her shes only allowed to use the restroom if she had dine there that was unbelievable to me that you have to dine in to use the restroom and she discriminated my mum saying oh if you come here ten times a day you will use the restroom ten times like really? These people are such problem people and i dont recommend them at all.

Worst place for costumer service. I with my pregnant wife went to pick up few things. The kid working at the counter was so rude with us. When we made an order a teen boy was working there, he didnt listen to the order as was busy doing other tasks and served us something else. Later when we told him we didnt order this he started arguing rudely and told us liars. I have not experienced such a behavior ever in my life. If you visit this place Be ready to get your day ruined by rude and unprofessional service.

Low budget because of cheap ingredients. Tastes great but gives you heart burn. Worth a single try but in the long run, save a buck, save your life by getting over trans fatty foods. And avoid spending on heart meds later in life. The bad aspect is the terrible service and horrible attitudes giving it ONE star. The Horrible fake smiley service is rolled out if you are a new customer. But later, you are only to be shat upon with nasty attitude by the owners ....

Had lunch #2 and received a nice variety of vegetarian Indian foods. All the dishes were well-seasoned and uniquely flavored, not just hot-spicy. The owner was very friendly, and explained the ingredients. Also tried a couple of the Indian homemade fudge-like candies. Prices were very reasonable, perhaps too low for what you get. Will definitely return.

Food was awesome as always. We usually go there for some chats, sweets and puri channa. The girl has always been nice but the young guy always always was rude to us. I dont know why. We have always asked nicely when we ordered there. Last time the guy over charged us. He charged 4.99 for a plate of chat which was supposed to be 3.49.

This place has changed alot from its orginal owners. The prices are very high compare to older prices. The kids that work there are very nice and friendly. The lady on the other side is very rude and always in a rush. The food quality is not very good any more eaither.

The food is good here. South Indian food is not that good but all other snack items are good. The sweets are good, especially Rasmalai. I like the samosa chat and Chole. The price they charge is in line with the service and the portions they offer.

I purchased samosas from this place. It was super hot and spicy! We eat spicy food but this was beyond spicy. Samosa garden needs to cut down on their spiciness so that customers can enjoy the food and not have an upset stomach after eating it.

I keep coming back here again and again. They have far and away the best samosas Ive ever tasted. The best chickpeas, the best roti, and the best spinach and potatoes. The people working there have always been nice to me, and boy are they cheap.
