I dont really go to Panda Express because Ive always associated them with low quality food but was pleasantly surprised yesterday and will definitely be going back now more often. I got the 2 entree meal and decided on the teriyaki chicken and the Shanghai Angus steak. I got both the fried rice and the low mein and a few veggie egg rolls. I spent maybe $10.50 total which I felt was fair. The fried rice and low mein were a very bland for my taste and needed more soy sauce than usual but were edible and Id probably get them both again (not many other options). The egg rolls were small but a pretty good deal --2 for like $1.50 or so? I dipped them in duck sauce but could have eaten them plain. The real winner was the entrees-- they were both fresh, tender, and seasoned well. They leave the teriyaki chicken in filets until it is ordered and provide extra sauce when you ask at no additional charge. I asked for extra sauce although it was again, not entirely necessary. The other entree I chose was the Shanghai Angus steak. It has chunks of steak with veggies (mostly mushrooms which I usually hate but they really werent too bad). The label said it was a premium item and therefore was $1.25ish more. The employee also reminded me which was nice so there wasnt any surprises while checking out. I think it is a fair price and I would order it again without hesitation. The place has cafeteria style ordering and the customer service is fine, no issues there. Seating was plentiful and there were no issues parking. It looked pretty clean both inside and out. Overall, Im giving them 4 out of 5 stars because I was disappointed in the rice and low mein and that they didnt have what came in for -- General Tsos.

I have been here many times and always had an okay experience until today. A lady cut in line in front of me and the cashier saw her and just let her. I understand its awkward, but the employees need to handle that better. I was on my lunch break, so I didnt have time to speak to a manager, but I will not be going back to this location, even though its in walking distance from my work. I would rather drive to Castleton in rush hour, and that is saying something.

Would have been a 5 if they would have informed me that when you ask for it to go they dont throw a fork in the bag or atleast say and the forks are this direction. I was at my job so it wasnt like I could just go grab one or even go back to get one because the whole point was to go back to work and eat while working. Other then that I mean it looked and smelled awesome.

This was our first visit to Panda Express. We got the family feast, 3 entrees: Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef & Honey Walnut Shrimp and 2 sides Chow Mein & Fried Rice. The service was great, the food was awesome. The best American Chinese that we have had in a long time and the restaurant was super clean. We will be returning.

The food is usually quite good unless you come late in the evening. They seem particularly adept at handling a busy lunch; theres never a wait for service.
