My Wife and I went there the third night it was opened. Our Waitress, Diamond, was good. She kept our drinks filled. We had plenty of bread sticks and salad. She did a good job and should noted. My wife had the fettuccine and I had the tour of Italy. When it was time for our orders to come out another server brought it out. The plates were hot and he was using a napkin to handle our plates. In the process the napkin was dropped in to my tour of Italy and he said that hes get me a fresh one. Awesome- cause I didnt want napkin "Cooties" The manager came over and explained it would be a few minutes. Ok Fine, we werent in a huge hurry we just took time to talk and let my wife finish the rest of her meal. After my wife finished her food and another 15 min wait my food came out. The manager made a few stops in the mean time and told me that he was taking care of our orders. I was thinking ok well get a free appetizer or part of this meal free. The manager "comped" both of our meals for their mistake, and thanked us for being understanding. I was grateful for their efforts and would say that they did a good job overall - Id say the manager saved the night and this review. I will be going back, but I will give them a week or two to find their groove. 2 recommendations - plate holders for delivery of food vs napkins. - work on a flow plan on lay out of doors and entry ways - in only and out only way into the kitchen area.

The food was very good although the cheese dip was very oily and had to be exchanged for something else. I would love to see a cut up fresh fruit plater added to your menu. The environment was pleasant (I loved the music selection although it needs to be brought down a little bit so people can hear the person theyre with without leaning forward) and the hostess and waitress that helped use were very helpful, kind and outgoing. The ladies bathroom didnt have a odor to it at the time, but needed attending to it. The baby changing station which was in the handicapped stall had their baby changing table down which I had to take time to close just to use the bathroom and toilet paper was all around the floor by the toilet which I had to pick up after previous guest and then I had to wipe water from off the sink just to set my purse down. Overall the visit was nice. Thank you!

On June 5th, at 6:30 pm 11 members of our family coming from a graduation ceremony received the BEST service I have ever experienced from any restaurant. We arrived in three different parties. My party arrived first and were seated within 10 minutes. While we waited we received complimentary water, bread-sticks and Olive Gardens signature salad. When the other parties arrived a 2nd round of bread-sticks and another bowl of salad was brought to the table. The service was stellar. Two servers and the manager came to our table periodically to make sure we had everything we needed + refills of soup, bread-sticks and drinks. The food was EXCELLENT! When they found out we had a 3 hour trip back home they offered each of us drinks to go! They also brought us 2 hand-fulls of after dinner chocolate mint candies. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

We had a difficult start to the meal: our daughters pizza order was late in arriving, and when the corrected order came the bottom of the pizza was burned. The servers apologized, however, and mentioned that the manager, Steve, would be out to talk to us. When Steve came out, he spoke directly to our daughters, letting them know that it was not OK that they had to wait and that he was sorry for the problems. He then looked me in the eye and apologized, mentioned that hed reviewed both the time it took to deliver the pizza and the fact that it was burned and said that he would comped all of our meals - not just the pizza. Im going with 4 stars out of recognition that we got off to a rocky start, but Steves service response as a manager was exemplary. Well definitely go back.

Seems to be going downhill... Ive been there twice in the last month and both times we have had poor service. Tonight, I think we saw our server a total of four times during our meal. She refilled our drinks one time. When the food came out literally the entire table was out of drinks (and bread, and salad). 10 minutes later I finally got up and found the manager, as our drinks were still not refilled, and the food order was incorrect (2 of the 3 orders). While the manager did get us drinks, she then made up some lame excuse as for why this it happened. I didnt really want an excuse I just wanted our drinks refilled and for it to be acknowledged is unacceptable. I wont be back anytime soon, as it is clear management doesnt think good service should be a priority.

I had a great visit recently. My server went above and beyond for me. I accidentally ordered my cheese ravioli (my absolute favorite dish at O.G.!) with meat sauce when marinara is what I meant to order. Although it was MY fault I ordered the wrong thing, the waitress was very happy to have a new entrée made for me :) On top of that, since I had to wait for my food, my wife waited as well. The waitress noticed that she was being polite and waited on me...and when my new meal came out, they took my wifes plate and swapped it for a fresh-cooked meal!! We were beyond impressed.

We were a party of 15 (8 adults, 6 kids) we were passing by this Olive Garden from Tennessee. Our waitresses Vee was AMAZING!!!! She was very attentive to us always asking if we needed anything. And to think we would of not been able to meet her because the hostess at that moment said the wait was 1 HOUR!!! But someone else of our party went back to double check and there was a table available. Management just needs to teach there hostess the table logistics because it might cost them the value of 15 people ordering dinner.

Today we had the best server in the world, Drew (Andrew), he was so awesome and made our meal very pleasant. WIth 2 kids (6 & 3) he brought their food out when it was ready without asking as they were "Starving" like they had not eaten all day. He checked on us often, was so polite and really wanted to make sure we were satisfied. He got a big tip from us and we told him he was awesome and also told management. Other experiences here have not been as great but we found Drew and will be sitting in his section from now on.

The service was great! As I looked around it seemd that everyone in the restaurant that was working was work very hard and tending to there guest. The management was out on the floor making sure everyone was ok and making the place comfortable.. I want to tak the time to say thanks to all employees and management at 10206. Keep up the great work and look forward to future visits!!
