Ive been eating Panda Express everyday for 3 weeks... I just couldnt stop... well that was until last night. I wanted my favorite steamed veggies and Kung Pao chicken. It didnt taste good at all. I really cant describe the taste of it. It was very strange. However, that was the cure I needed. Staff is very friendly. Ive had to update my review..... It really didnt cure my taste for Panda... Ive been going there almost everyday and I cant stop... The veggies have been amazing, always hot and fresh. Ive tried every entrée they have. I have my entire family hooked on Panda. I love that I can get veggies instead of noodles or rice. I was going to the downtown location and the Michigan rd. location; however, I witnessed some things downtown that has stopped me from going there everyday for lunch. I will stick with Michigan road...

Their signage on the door and their hours on the website reflect that they open at 10:30am. There was a line of four people waiting at 11am and they still hadnt unlocked their doors. We knocked on the window and they just motioned with their hands and did not come explain what was going on. If they have different hours now they need to place appropriate signage or at least come to the door and explain to the line of people waiting.

Always available items, staff very courteous Ive to edit my initial review about very courteous staff. The Spanish-speaking lady that starts taking the orders is so anti-personal skills, not at the level of the rest of the excellent staff. She is bringing down the good experience of eating here.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but they were almost out of broccoli beef. The wait for more was too long since I was on my lunch brewak. I picked something else and she also offered the rest of the broccoli (which is the best part) at no charge. Awesome :-)

Food is always good, service is not. Upon arrival Im rarely greeted. Today I asked the cashier how she was doing, she didnt reply. Their soda machine was out of order, and nothing else was offered to me when I asked for water and was told no.

The food here is terrible but the bajing beef is very tasty, its the only thing here Id reccomend . The rice is even poorly made, its hard to believe a Chinese person would destroy rice and serve it to people that way.

Panda is one of our favorite places to eat. However this was my first time at this particular location. There was a lack of fresh food. Other locations seem better at keeping stocked with fresh food.

A bit pricey, but it was pretty good. The music was selection was terrible, but I am old. If you are not picky you are probably better off going to a decent buffet. More options same cost or less.
