This place has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Staff will frequently put you on hold to never return, try to talk you out of ordering a pizza, or lie and claim they have stopped taking orders an hour before the listed closing time. I gave them several attempts four years ago, and after consistently bad service gave up on them. Last night I tried again in the hopes maybe it had improved, and was instead quickly reminded why I had stopped ordering from them in the first place. As for the quality of the food, it is okay, when they manage to deliver it at least lukewarm. The cheese is mostly waxy and flavorless, and they are hardly generous on the toppings. If you really need a pizza late at night, save yourself the time, money, and trouble and just make a frozen one.

This place has a bad rep, but Ive always had great experiences with them. For starters, the pizza is delicious, in my opinion. Secondly, considering theyre the only pizza place that delivers after midnight, of course delivery time will be longer; when you acknowledge the fact they are delivering to numerous drunk college students and they are limited on delivery drivers, the wait time is to be expected. Finally, the owner gave me a coupon for a free pizza one day, just because he had seen me in there before. Thats customer service at its finest!

We ordered from their once an they delivery driver couldnt be ruder. We ordered another time from them and the subs were only warm. They have chicken wings an they are ok but they are awfully small. Once we were going to order subs and wings from them and they didnt have any wings and no toppings for the subs. Some guy out of Morgantown Ky runs this business and I dont think hes doing a very good job and dont know why they are even still in business. Im not sure how the one in Morgantown it though. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service ever! Do not eat here. They gave us the wrong pizza and then demanded us to bring it back after we got all the way home with it without offering anything else. (Free pizza next time we came in or a discount on our next organization der) She even said on the phone ( the store manger) that she remembered our order, which was the pineapple and ham, and when we got home, it was a cheese. (We live too far out to bring it back) will never eat here again. they dont care about customer satisfaction.

The WORST pizza experience Ive ever encountered. Not only did I have to wait over 2 hours for my pizza, once the delivery driver arrived I was expected to walk across the street to his vehicle to retrieve my pizza. After finally getting my pizza, I open the box to find a cold uncut pizza, HOW DO YOU NOT CUT A PIZZA? I returned to the store to get a refund, and receive the worst customer service and poorest management leadership in my life. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order from Firehouse Pizza.

Let me just say that the pizza is AMAZING. But I have NEVER had a friendly experience with the employees. And its not just one.. Its all of them!! Every time you ask a question you get a "yup" or "nope" instead of yes mam or no man, they put you on hold and leave you there for literally 15-20 minutes. I want to be a loyal customer but I cant believe that the owners refuse to do anything because its always been like this. No appreciation for the customers at all.

Be Warned! When you call them to place and order you will think you have the wrong number. They are completely terrible at customer service. Expect any variation of a dull, bored and unfriendly voice on the phone. Expect it to take a minute. BUT when the food finally arrives, it is usually GREAT! The owners should take MUCH more care in whom they employ. This business could really be big, if only the employees had any business working there!

Pizza is super yummy. I ordered a pizza pocket and it wasnt cooked all the way so next time I asked for it well done. They did that no problem but because I had so much stuff on it it was still dough in spots. I called and asked a few questions and then was offered an apology and willingness to fix it several times over. They were very polite and made me feel happy to order again. Maybe they have heard people saying service wasnt so great.

They brought the wrong (cold) pizza, and only HALF of one? When I called and asked to speak to the manager, who said he was the owner, he began using profanity so my boyfriend took the phone and needless to say after how their conversation went I will never give them my money again. This was several years ago, however.

Very chill atmosphere. I dont usually like weird pizza combinations, but Ive had several of the specialty pizzas and Ive enjoyed all of them. Sandwiches are super awesome as well. Plus, theyre one of the only places that stays open super late when youre really craving some pizza!

The employees are really cool and really friendly when I go in. Besides that the food is awesome! The food has unique flavor combos but always turns out good. I really like the supreme pizza, the daughter sandwich, and the wings :)

We ordered two pizzas, paid for two pizzas on our credit card, they delivered one pizza then told us we were wrong. They refused to deliver the second pizza or refund our money. Unbelievable.
