I heard about this place on-line and hoped it would be like In-N-Out Burger. I was disappointed. The menu was simple, but the prices seemed too expensive. The burger itself might have been good, but I couldnt tell. The french fries were so bad as to ruin the experience. They were limp, under cooked, and not crispy. The oil they were fried in was probably not hot enough. I ordered the smallest size (regular), but they really were too much for one person. I didnt want to waste them and they were too oily to bring with me, so I ate them all. So my advice is: if you do have to eat here, skip the fries.

This is way better than your average fast food joint, but I am not sure a comparison is really fair to begin with. My hamburger, fries and coke cost $9.00. You wouldnt pay this much at McDonalds or even Burger King. So how does it compare to a joint that would charge me $9.00? I dont think it would stand out with exception to the fries. The burger is good, but not much better than any other pub or sit-down restaurant that might come close to their pricing. I like the place, but dont call it a "fast food" joint or pretend like they should even be compared.

They are terrible with customers. When my husband and I came in there were only 2 tables filled so we thought our order would be quick. We ordered and sat at a table. Fast forward 20 minutes and they are 5 orders ahead of ours. I went up and asked where our food was and one of the workers said she had yelled out our number 10 minutes ago. The music is so loud nobody can hear anything. I do not appreciate that low level of customer service and will not be back again.

Not what I expected. I was looking for a great hot dog. What I got was a hot dog split, grilled, and served on a plain hot dog bun with regular dressings. What I was looking for was a steamed dog with a skin that popped in my mouth served on a poppy seed bun with neon relish. The place looked like a wonderful place for young people to congregate. Everything appears to be cooked to order so there was a wait for my food at 4pm on a weekday.

"You get what you pay for." This saying is so true when comparing better quality hamburgers, fries, hot dogs and more at Five Guys to other "fast-food restaurants." Treat yourself to a better-than-fast-food experience. Expect to wait an extra few minutes while your order is prepared. But, trust me, the wait will be worth it. Enjoy.

This place is great. The people are nice, and the burgers are fresh. When I first went to a five guys I made the mistake of ordering a reg. burger. didnt realize the reg. had two patties. Now its a small burger and small fries. they really load you up on fries.the grilled mushrooms and onions are the best.

Excellent burger. I order a regular with lettuce instead of a bun and they were very accommodating. Staff was very freindly. There was no outside seating but I sat next door at the market under the awning.

Fantastic hamburgers. They are a bit slow for a fast food joint, but the wait is worth it. They have quite a few toppings to choose from. You can snack on peanuts while you wait for your burger to cook.
