a few nights ago i saw the black jack taco ad on tv. i decided to try it....i bought 3 of the new blackjack tacos and went back home...i could barely get through the first taco it was so salty and fake cheese sauce tasting....a few crumbles of real pepperjack cheese would be much cheaper than that god aweful sauce!!!!!!!maybe then it would be a palatable taco and unique too.....ok i was gonna write another review on the second time when i went back with the leftover two blackjack tacos that i could not and didnot eat but this program will only let me add on here.....i told my story to a lynn kordecki whom identified herself as the tacobell henry st general manager which i subsequently found out is a puffed-up title(narscist-like i believe) it really means=store manager....but whatever if it makes her feel good.........well before whenever i have brought food back to a restaurant i was usually treated with respect and willful help to fix or correct the problem....sometimes with the food sometimes without the food in question....sometimes management asks to have it back or atleast provide proof of being there like a reciept....i brought back the two blackjack tacos and the reciept...i was refused any refund or exchange of the two blackjack tacos minus the sauce...i was told "i didnt order them for you" "you should not have ordered them if you might possibly not like them" "i replace if i mess-up but if you dont like a item i dont refund or exchange an item that someone just doesnt like" i told her i wasnt asking for a refund or exchange for the one i didnot bring back ,but for the two i have....."i was told too bad "so sad ....see ya i dont wanna be ya in other words...ill never set foot or tire in that tacobell store while that jackbutt general manager is there...it seems from the notes and time charts on display in the drive through area that all they care about are drive through wait times.....if they are low enough i guess they give a free meal to the lowest timed shift.....no notes on hygiene,courtesy or return policy.....great job lynn kordecki tacobell general manager!!!!!!!!

I had a very large, complicated order and they got it all correct and it was very quick. It was a very bad snow storm and I think they were having trouble with their system. Their credit card machine stopped working suddenly and could only take cash, which I didnt have. I was scrambling to find some money at least enough to cover the items that my son had ordered and they let me have it all for free. Connie and Brooke are great workers. I really did have a complicated order, everything special order and they got it all perfect. I totally recommend going there.

Easily the slowest Taco Bell on Mars. Typical wait even during peak hours is 10 minutes or more. If youre in a hurry go elsewhere. Theres plenty of other girth enhancing, poor dietary choices a fat roll away. Only saving grace is a Baja blast, that is assuming the machine isnt out or they get the proper order to begin with. Sent from my iPhone in line at Taco Bell after a wait of 17 minutes from order to food pickup. Cant you tell I had a lot of time on my hands?

This one is awful. ....I dont think they listen when u order...they hear u but dont listen. ....thats the trouble with most of todays youth .... place an order ,get it home and totally wrong. ....stop texting while you are at work and maybe u could really do yur job....not going back

Not so great on this day. Was with my sister, we both got the box deal. The tacos barely had any meat in them. One of the staff members was sleeping in the dining area at a four top table. Not a pleasant visit.

Although the food was good, the 32 minute wait in the drive thru (with 3 cars ahead of me) without so much as a thank you for your wait, was totally unacceptable at 3:30 pm on a Sunday. Probably faster to go in...

Manager has no skills. Yells at staff constantly and tells customers all about her problems as excuses for getting orders wrong or charging incorrectly. There are other Taco Bells in Muskegon. Try the others.
