I was really upset that although I never used my smartphone there nor gave them my email, they were sending me receipts a few hours later with coupons. I feel like it was a total invasion of my privacy and I would never go back there. They are using some San Fran tech company that basically says they have a right to any information about you anywhere in the world. I believe its called Square One. Its pretty bad when you can no longer go to lunch in a small town without having to worry about your privacy being ripped off. It looks like we are going to have to totally shut down our phones anytime we are not actively using them. Welcome to trumps world.

I was in Bedford for the day and decided to stop by, Im glad I did. I tried the dark roast coffee and it was perfect without any need for sweeteners. I also tried the medium roast and was very pleased with it. The lunch options were light and tasteful. I appreciated that the options were easily veganizable. Staff was very friendly and was attentive and knowledgeable about what they had to offer. The cafe itself is a very nice space and would be comfortable for sitting with a book or visiting with friends.

Updated: After I tried it a second time without cream I found that I enjoyed it. This is by no means subpar coffee. I was not familiar with the aftertaste. I updated my rating to 4 stars from 2. I was gifted a bag of signature blend. Maybe it was a bad batch bc it was not good at all, but it didnt smell bad, it smelled wonderful and the bag was sealed tightly. BUT It tasted off. So much so that I thought I may have grabbed a dirty coffee mug.

Google and the sign on the door said open at 6:30. I was there at 7 and it was closed and empty. Didnt look shut down but there was no one inside and it was locked up. They need to update the hours if that is the case. It looked good and I wanted to try... Maybe next time.

Fantastic coffees, great tasting food for a small budget, lovely surroundings and atmosphere, exceptional friendly local staff. Walk in and take a seat. Youll be greeted and quickly served. Free coffee refills. Its a classy place.

Ive only had the coffee thus far, but its delicious. The owner roasts the beans herself and she says that theyre roasted to the point of caramelization (aka no sugar needed!). would definitely recommend to a friend or two!
