My Family and I went to huddle house this late Morning we ordered 3 large Chocolate milks, 2 coffees, a triple cheeseburger platter, rib eye and two eggs with hashbrowns and two waffles, and 2 french fries and another ribeye plate minus the eggs add texas toast my steak was medium rare and the hubs was well. When we got the order they forgot a side of fries and my toast, then the steak was cold and overcooked and when I say cold I mean room temp like it had been sitting for a good 20 minutes, so my hubs ask them to re cook my steak so they re cook it by the time i get my steak everyone else was done eating and the rest of my food is cold i asked to speak to a manager and told her what was going on and she told me to calm down like i was over reacting while explaining to her all the mess up that they had done to a very simple order oh yeah and the fact the the waitress lost our drink order service was horrible as well! My hubs can go back but I will never go back there and will be contacting the regional manager. The manager there had no time to deal with me so after she told me to calm down she looked at a waitress and told her to take off my food and the fries..... needless to say I paid for the hubs and kids food but cried the whole way home.

Waited 10 minutes just to order drinks because she claimed to be the only perso working, then when she finally brought us out drinks, she asked if we were ready to order. We said yes and she walked off. She served other people coffee, chatted with 2 other tables, got someone else to go cups and boxes, and rang up 2 customers before finally coming back 10 minutes later to take our order. After I placed half of my order, she rudely reached her nasty smelling self directly across my face and my drink to put her finger on my menu and tell me I couldnt order things the way I was. I told my boyfriend to forget it and she got rude as hell and walked away rolling her eyes. I had to walk out before I knocked her teeth down her throat. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK AND WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD!

Manager does not run the place very well at all. Waitresses are absolutely rude with zero customer service skills. Employees spent most of the time out front smoking instead of working. I never received a drink or silverware and had to ask the cook for both. The Waitress didnt know or understand the menu. The cook was doing his job but the other employees give that place a horrible reputation in this town. I dont suggest this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good dining experience.

The service was horrible. The servers were eating when they served the food, we ordered the food at 9:45, and the food arrived at 10:53, and it was cold. Bacon was burned, waffles were soggy, hash browns smelled of mildew. The ketchup bottle was very dirty, and behind the counter in the kitchen the kitchen staff were on there phones. Horrible service, horrible food. Silverware was very discusting. We all felt sick afterwords. I suggest you do not come here.

My husband I go every Saturday morning ordering the MVP breakfast. Our waitress Sheena is the best. We dont even have to order she has our tea ready for us me with lemon my husband without and are orders put in food comes fast and yummy. She needs a raise. She is friendly and fast just ask for Sheena.

Dishes were piled up, tables were not stocked or cleaned. All tables had crumbs, syrup or dishes, and was not set up to company standards. Employees treat others with favoritism and one employee does not clean bowls silver wear and plates properly... Was very unsanitary.

Good food, terrible sevice, drinks stayed empty,... oh and they rarely have dessert...this place honestly needs new management! I tipped the cook for the great food but i dont think i will be tipping the server.

Food was alright. We are waffle house junkies so we thought lets try this place. We didnt like the waffles much. It was fast and hot. I guess u get used to the same place but we just like waffle house better.
