Terrible Terrible.. 1st the waitress placed us a table that was dirty , we asked to be seated at another table, which she did and it was dirty as well, The waitress said she would send someone over to clean it. When she asked if we were to order we said to give us a few minutes, she looked at us like we had just cursed her out. she brings the salad and as i start to eat I notice the lettuce is brown. I inform the waitress that our salad has old lettuce and is brown(both of our salads had old lettuce)she replaces it with frut that had black dots on the melon.When she brings our food the chIcken and corn are cold, the chicken tasted like it had just been taken out of the frig and the corn taste as if they didnt leave it in the microwave. long enough. We inform her of this and she said she could give us something else. I told her i was afraid to get anything else, who knows what we would have ended up with. I will NEVER NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. You have been warned to stay FAR FAR AWAY.

The lady who sat us almost gave our table away and then once my party (of 6) and the other party( of 2) realized she had it mixed up, she was extreamly slow to her mistake. Also it was a pretty busy day, but still it fealt like our waitress was rushing us. She wasnt focussed on our table either. There was a pretty big ordeal with my order because I asked her question that would decide my order, I was undecided between two items. She answered wrong, wasnt really comprehending how i wanted to fix it, after my partys food was done. Then the manager came with an attitude not really letting us explain the situation. When talk of calling corporate came THEN she tried to come out and fix the situation, which she did, she gave me and others in my party stuffed frecnch toast which wasnt on the menu, what I really wanted. All this on top of my new fixed order .Everyone apologized a few times. Still everything could have bern avoided in the first place.

Usually there pretty good but, today was terrible. One person told me that I couldnt have what I wanted, the other one brought it to me. What I wanted was chicken and waffles but they only sold waffles with chicken tenders. However, the guy brought me the chicken and explained that I would just have to pay the difference. That was fine, the problem was the chicken. It was the hardest chicken I ever had. I have never seen chicken fried that hard. Of course I sent it back. Outside of that, my service just wasnt on his game. I dont know if he was new or nervous but, it will defiantly be awhile before we come back. Im giving 3 stars because usually theyre better and because my daughter enjoyed her food.

Food wasnt good at all. French toast wasnt made from batter but frozen from a box and you could taste it. Banana foster wasnt carmelized as the menu stated, rather two small cuts of banana just thrown on the top with syrup and whip cream. Eggs were processed and disgusting. I even added cheese and the Denver mix to make them better but that didnt help at all. Customer service however was AMAZING!!! Our waitress Nora was EXTREMELY attentive. She came to our table about 6-7x in the hour we were there to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. Id never eat here again but Id definitely follow Nora if she worked any place else

Today was not a good experience I always look for the best customer service including for fellow customers. The female manager around 2ish pm was awful. U shud not cover up your mistakes but honor ur faults and eat the bill. People were watching and the manager involved police officers it was not good. People in the neighborhood stand up for yourselves and stop allowing unfair treatment of your fellow neighbors The female manager was not loud and rude until she called the officers over to aid her in her mistake. Its time for a new manager who respects all. Please note this had nothing to do with the food it was good.

Came here with my husband the waitress timar was friendly and professional she was prompt at bringing our food. We did experience a small error with our food we werent going to say anything we were just going to pay the bill and leave but the waitress noticed right away that there was an issue and promptly notified the manager Junior who was on duty he was very professional courteous and kind was he replaced their food andiscounted our check. We are very satisfied with our visit here and will return and recommend to our family and friends great Customer service

Came here for something quick with Friends...no hot tea bags, cold waffles, no salads, bleu cheese dressing ( but you do have bleu cheese for their burger). Food took too long and restaurant is not aesthically pleasing, needs cleaning. Waitress was overworked and you could tell. Service was slow...rest of food was average...not a goid experience. NEVER AGAIN! Matteson, youre tripping. Demand more for your residents! HOT GARBAGE according to one of my companions.

Been to this location 2 times and will definitely not be going back. Ive gone on Tuesday and Wednesday both at 3ish pm so there was no more than 5 customers there. Had to wait really long for everything the waitress was super rude and unprofessional, the shift manager wasnt even in uniform, and ended up waiting for my check for 15 minutes. Another customer in the booth behind me had to wait as well. Horrible service. Will not be returning.

The food is generally pretty good. I do like the near unlimited coffee and overwhelming choice of pancakes (some stretch the idea of a pancake a bit, but Im a purist). Wished that they buses and wiped the tables more frequently. Ive never NOT had to wipe one off or ask for a rag down.

Not a good experience. Went on a Wednesday morning. Floor was sticky, table dirty, glass had lipstick on it. Mens bathroom Was dirty How is that the bathroom is dirty first thing in the morning. No papertowels. Paper towel dispenser taped to the wall. Disgusting.

Awful they are suppose to open at 6, yet they do but the cook is never there on time so we can never order til 7. The staff is friendly but the cook is never there when the store opend so dont ecpect food when u get there. Just awful

Unfortunately there was a roach crawlimg around the top of the booth. We did get compensated for meals but it will be a long time if ever returning to this location. The server and service was good up to the point of the bug.

My family and I really enjoyed the food...after the server Timar W. messed up the order twice. The server wasnt very polite. Id come back here to eat but Timar W. cant ever serve my table...NO TIP!!

They no longer serve skillets! What kind of breakfast place doesnt serve skillets? It took way to long for my food to come and then it was cold. Dont think Ill be coming here again!
