An awful dining experience. My wife and I enjoy taking time during the week to go on dates and decided to dine at China Jade. We support local charity and youth groups and purchased one of the Entertainment coupon booklets, which included several China Jade coupon vouchers for "buy 1 get 1 free" entree, which is a great bargain for a week night dinner. After driving to China Jade and placing our carry out order on the way, we arrive and present the coupon to the hostess. The coupon is legitimate and for a good cause, posted by the restaurant owner in a very common voucher book, the coupon had no stipulations and was within the expiration date, in saying this.. The hostess proceeded to say (exact comments mind you) "That is dine in only" we kindly stated, that is does not say anything regarding dine in, simply B1G1, she then literally stated "you need to call newspaper company and they tell you dine in only" (which is absurd). My polite wife stated "since the coupon is inaccurate from the company, and we would like to use it, will you honor the coupon that you posted in this national voucher book?" The manager walked out and rudely stated "that not us, that different China Jade, that not us" and proceeded to tell us the total.. The final straw: my wife hands the coupon to both employees and states "this is your address correct?" (As we GPSd the location, it was marked on the voucher, and had the telephone number included that matches the door and menu phone number......) She stuttered for a moment and said "that not us!" With no other mysterious China Jade restaurant in this half of the state, being lied to, directly to our faces and the shear lack of ANY type of customer care, we calmly replied "we no longer need the food, will not be giving this restaurant our business and will never return" at which point we left. It is places such as these that should be closed down to make room for true entrepreneurs, who value good business and customer care. I hope that anyone who has had a similar experience refuses to ever dine at such a poor establishment. We both have owned, operated and supervised businesses our entire lives, and understand the importance of "the customer" and customer care. Overall recommendation: Steer clear of this dishonest, unprofessional establishment at all cost, not worth your time and money. Best Regards, 2 Business owners who will never do business here again.

There are a ton of Chinese restaurants in the area that are underwhelming. If youre here reading this, then you know what i mean when you are tired of chewy, dried out chicken with sauce that tastes nothing like it should. China Jade has some of the best Chinese food I have had to date. Great sauce, cooked right every time. Fantastic chunks of all white meat chicken and very tasty rice. The price of the dinner seems scary at just over $10.00 but there are two full servings in it, at least. Customer service is excellent and service is prompt. Im very impressed and I am a happy return customer. 5/5

They need to get people that speak English. Their food might be good but when you place and order and you get the wrong food and all you get is an "I am sorry". Well, I am sorry too, will take my business somewhere else. Do yourself a favor, if you order carry out, even if they tie a knot on the bag, take your time to check your order. I am totally disappointed. By the way I paid 13.05 for a sub-par subpar Pepper Steak Combination with their so called special rice. I originally ordered the C Special, Pepper Steak with Shrimps and their special rice but get home to no shrimp. Rip-Off.

My girlfriend and I came here a couple days ago because of a little of nostalgia my late Aunt who passed away last year this was her favorite restaurant of all time. Every time you would drive anywhere near it she would let you know thats her favorite place and she loves that place. So out of respect my girlfriend and I went here to get some food and it was absolutely amazing, a little more expensive than the rest of the restaurants in the area but the quality of food makes up for it.

Best Chinese Ive had! The chicken is all white meat chicken. Ive never had a piece of chewy chicken with any of my orders. The employees are always friendly. We never feel gross after eating here, it always tastes healthy and fresh. When we lived in Clarkston, we would drive past numerous other Chinese restaurants just to eat this food. We recommend this place to anyone that asks where they can get good Chinese food.

USED TO BE GREAT...now a total rip off!!! My family of 3 was charged full price for every soda refill...to a total of $12.00 for soda alone!!!!!! AND the menu reads "BOTTOMLESS" drinks! When I tried to address with the manager, he just turned and walked away! To top it off...15% gratuity unknowingly charged for terrible service! DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

The food is amazing!! The honey garlic chicken is the best Ive ever had! And the egg drop soup is thick and delicious!! Will be coming back for sure. And on top of the food, our waitress was so polite, so conversational. She went out of her way to help my son find something he would like even though he doesnt like Chinese food. Shes awesome!

A bit over priced for the quality. Maryannes chicken is good, just not as flavorful as Id like. Cashew Chicken was a bit overcooked and Ive had better at other places. Orange chicken was similar to the Maryanne but with a hint of orange flavoring. Egg rolls had way too many beansprouts, could barely tell there was anything else in it.

I cannot believe this place is still open but when I visited back home to Michigan and Thanksgiving it was still there and I couldnt believe my eyes but the food is still great and I will continue going to China Jade until the day they close which I hope is not anytime soon.

nasy food, I ordered vegie fried rice and it was filled with meat. I called to tell them and they swear that there was no meat in the rice. Then why Im I picking the crap out? Awful food and service. Never will go there again. YUCK!!!! Zero stars dont waste your money.

Maybe the people who drink soda, may want to start drinking water. People need to stop thinking everything should be free. Their food is excellent, and the service is 2nd to none. A refill, should not make or break the quality of food and service. Good job China jade.

We came in late and there was only one other couple, and they were really rude to our server. They treated her poorly before she came to help us, and she came and greeted us with a smile. The food was great! and she was a very nice lady. BEST CHINESE PLACE IN THE AREA!

The food we ordered here was great but the communication was terrible. We wanted to sit down and eat so they sat us down and left us for 30 mins before telling us "oh our pop machine is broken" so i will suggest that you take out here
