I have been going to Egg & I in Flossmoor for years and today I decided to go to the Tinley Park location, which was a HUGE mistake...I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MEAL AND THE SERVICE UPON LEAVING...I made a few simple requests that were totally disregarded like med soft eggs and hash browns a little crispy, instead I got eggs cooked hard and hash browns EXTRA crispy....ok fast forward to leaving the restaurant and asking the young lady at the register about something on my receipt and she was ABSOLUTELY rude, her customer service skills are DEFINITELY SUB PAR... everything I handed her like my receipt & credit card, she threw on the counter as if my hand was not open and ready to receive my items back... needless to say I would NOT recommend this location at all, nor would I give them any stars but I had to choose one in order to leave a comment.

I was very disappointed in my food. I went with my husband. He ordered the eggs benedict and the eggs were over cooked. I ordered the raisin french toast. had to tell the waitress 3 times to get my order right. When I discussed this with the owner SAM, he could care less. He gave me a lecture on how I needed to "let someone know". I did.. He was A BIG JERK..... I would not eat there again if you paid me. I want to go somewhere where my business is appreciated and that as a consumer I expect to get what I pay for. If you are thinking about going here I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO TAKE YOUR $$$ TO A PLACE THAT APPRECIATES YOU!!! We all have to work hard for our money, so to speak with the owner and he DID NOTHING to make me feel better about our poor service and poor quality of food. DO NOT GO THERE.. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!

Ive been there mainly for breakfast about 40 times and I really enjoy eating here. I only had one bad experience one time I went there for lunch and ordered a cheeseburger and fries; while it was delicious, a few weeks later I came in and ordered it again. However, this time it did not come with onions like my previous order did. I asked about it and they wanted to charge me more. I just stick to breakfast now. I generally get the Wisconsin breakfast with the 3 cheeses, bacon, and the ranch potatoes are the best Ive tasted. Portion sizes are filling. Coffee is served in a pot which is more than enough. This is my favorite breakfast spot. Warning....on Mothers Day, Fathers Day or Holidays go early because it is Standing Room only with long lines. They have clean bathrooms too.

The food use to be good before it changed it menu to what the franchize menu was. My wife and I would go there every other weekend and enjoy cinnamon swirl pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. Since the changes, the food is bland and overpriced. We were reminded on how bad it was today. What a shame, it use to be a good place. Do yourself a favor. For a fantastic breakfast try The Original Pancake House or the Club House. Both are expensive. If you want something more inexpensive and decent, try the Palos Hills Pancake House on 107th. Children also eat free during the week. Our bills for the four of us are $15.

What I did not like about this restaurant was the service. It was not busy and they placed us right next to a bunch of loud business men. Our waitress was not very good either. We know they have different flavors of coffee. She never asked what kind we wanted just brought us regular. Brought us our meal and then never checked back to see if we needed anything. Took a long time to get the check. The food however, was good.

The food here is way overpriced!! I ordered an omelette with tortillas and they gave me 1hard overcooked tortilla. The waitress said if I wanted more I would have to pay for it. Im already paying 10 dollars for the omelette. I said if I ordered toast I would get 2 pieces so why only1tortilla. Very very disappointing!!!! Will NEVER GO BACK. I HAD TO TAKE MY FOOD HOME TO ENJOY IT WITH TORTILLAS. Sad!!!

This place use to be a great place to go for breakfast but now is not the same! The quality has dropped! Their customer service has dropped! Its just ok and the prices dont match the quality of food!! Ive been around! I know better! Take my word for it! I do wish they improve soon! Its convenient to the neighborhood!

Food was excellent! Waitstaff was attentive & friendly. It took us a bit longer than what Im accustomed to to get seated (hostess was also cashiering) but it wasnt awful. Menu is a bit pricier than other breakfast places but only by a few $$. Quite a few selections of vegetarian breakfasts too- which was nice.

This is for the location on Lagrange and 80. Mediocre at best food and $40 breakfast for 3???? I would expect homemade biscuits and gravy, but instead the sausage gravy was worse than hotel breakfast sausage gravy! If youre going to charge that much for breakfast take some damn pride!

Just walked out because there were ants eating from the uncleaned floor and also crawling up the seats. The manager didnt acknowledge any concern until I asked was she notified about this matter. The manager stated that it would be cleaned up, but no apology was given.

It was good. Good food, the avocado bacon scrambled eggs hit the spot. And the time it took to get to my table was maybe way too fast. Service was very luke warm. He forgot to bring me coffee and seemed disconnected. Not very attentive.

Food was so so, but expensive like good food. Average size portions, just not worth a second time there. Waitress was great, should be working somewhere she could make better money. Puts those at Longhorn in Orland to shame.

Had breakfast, good sized plates for the price. Had the Holiday Hash, carrot cake pancakes and kale cooler. You get your own coffee pot to serve yourself which is nice. Everything tasted great and the staff was very friendly.

Its good food, though just a little bit on the pricey side. Service was decent and the place looked nice, despite a quite dirty floor. I plan to come back again to try the many food items that sound appetizing.

Had to walk out. Went in hoping for a decent meal. But when none of the staff would even make eye contact while I waited, I gave up. Went to Eggheadz instead - had a great meal there with really good service.
