We, as a business, order multiple times a week from this place. We will not be going back. The food took over an hour and the pizza was literally inedible. It had almost no cheese or sauce and appeared to have been sitting out for 2 days straight. the Chicken Parmigana sandwich was extremely small (think slightly bigger than a McDonalds happy meal cheeseburger size) and extremely rubbery and did not come with any fries or extras. It cost $6.50 + tax. When we called about the pizza, we had to ask for a replacement. When they were asked about the sandwich, we were told that just is what it is and oh well. We asked for fries to be added on then since the sandwich could barely consitute an actual meal and they made us pay for those. Never once did the guy offer any coupons, credit, or even offer the send the fries free as an apology. No indication that we are valued customers after the consistent heavy business we give them. Then, the replacement pizza took almost another hour to arrive and came in after everyones lunch break had ended. At the end of the day, we could have considered forgiving the GOD AWFUL excuse for "food" had Old Town bothered to TRY to make us feel like they cared about our business...or their own reputation, for that matter. However the customer service was terrible and they really dropped the ball. Clearly, they do not care about retaining consistent business.

The food is usually good, customer service is not very good I had the manager call me after I ordered my food and said they didnt have tzatziki sauce to go to the gyros... Which I understand that they run out of things sometimes but I said I would prefer to change my order if they didnt have it because whats a gyro with out the sauce? Right? Then he says that it is already made and ready to go. I told him that I didnt want it unless my order was complete That includes the sauce.. You have to pay for the sauce. He said that he would have one of his guys head to Meijer and pick some up for us. And hung up on me. Made me feel bad for asking for what I ordered!!! Meijer is in the same parking lot as them! They should have either told me they didnt have any while I was ordering or just went and picked some up with out calling me. Might be a long time before I go back.

OMG worst pizza Ive ever ordered and tasted even with a coupon buy 1 get 1 free I still spent a arm and a leg $25 and that was just for 1 pizza. This pizza is not worth ur money..There meat was to salty cheese was over melted and no flavor...sauce did not have much taste crust was to soft everything on the pizza was horrible. Frozen pizza tastes better and wayyyy cheaper! compared to this pizza! YUCK! Pizza hut tastes better compared to this place and pizza hut pizza is dirt cheap and tastes better that how horrible old town pizza is. I mean if u keep getting old town pizza coupons mailed to ur door like I do that should tell u right there. Because if they were so good to die for pizza they wouldnt need to advertise there business with coupons almost every week.

I am really confused about why I keep getting non deep dish pizzas when I order deep dish? There is no sauce basically and cheese ontop, complete opposite of deep dish. I gave them a second chance on it and it still isnt what I wanted. Luckily I got it cheap from a grub hub promotion and it is better than chain pizza places so Im not that upset, but I just dont understand their menu because every pizza I have ordered isnt what I asked for? Maybe the grub hub menu is not clear or mixed up. I do like this pizza though despite it not being what I wanted so, that says something about the quality of food.
