Pizza was good. I had the Quattro Formaggio. It was very tasty. We sat outside on the patio so that we could hear ourselves think. Not that it was any louder than any other restaurant in the dining room. Service was a little pushy at times. One of the servers who brought a couple beers to us didnt know the names of the beers. He was reading an abbreviated name from a receipt that was printed at the bar. Not the most professional way of serving drinks. Our waitress was very friendly, though. When my first two drink selections were sold out, she brought me samples of a couple others to help me decide on an alternative. To the reviewers complaining about $10 pizzas: that is a comparable price to a fancy burger at Applebees or any other similar chain. Nothing to cry about. Id probably go here again if I had a craving for an interesting pizza.

Ive been to other Brixx locations and for some reason the food at this one didnt taste the same. The crust for our pizza was very doughy and resembled store bought crust in flavor. We asked for crispy pizza and it came soggy. One of our pizzas was extremely salty. Service is nonexistent here. Server had no clue what the specials were. They advertised craft beer specials and said she didnt know anything about even though a tent card was on the table talking about it. Over all two pizzas, an appetizer and one beer has around $40 without tip. I wont come back here because I can definitely get better pizza elsewhere in town. Those other places have better service and food quality.

Great, delicious pizza, great service and obviously great management. You can truly tell they really want you to have a good experience at their place, even when they are really busy. Also, a nice ambiance and layout for a sit-down meal with friends and family---or just on a date with your loved one. (My wife really appreciates being able to order multiple dishes, including pizza, that are gluten-free right off the menu. Gluten-free crust is not a common option available in so many pizza restaurants.) We will eat there again when we are in Champaign, but thank heavens there is one we love over here in Indianapolis (Fishers, Indiana, technically).

Pizza was good although I expected a crispier crust. Crust was a bit on the soggy side. Our waiter was good and kept out drinks constantly filled, however there seemed to be confusion among the rest of the staff. My wife ordered a salad. They brought a salad out for both of us. Within a minute of ordering my pizza, some other staff person came brought two pizzas to our table. I told them it was not ours. he seemed confused. Also noticed that a couple that came in well after us was eating their pizza while we were still waiting on ours. Also, dump the breadstick that comes with the salad. That was horrible tasting.

Imagine Falafel bread with alittle sauce and cheese ...... reminded me of pizza left over from bowling alley for kids except Ive had some really good pizza at bowling alleys. The crust is thin and dry - Im guessing its pre-made. Well everyone wants a piece of the new kid on the block but glad we tried it cause itll be our last -- sticking by JETS among other local shops that arent corps. If you order take out it might be cold by the time you get it home- ours were waiting in a box on a shelf when I came in to pick them up .....The only good things about the pizza there is the toppings

Ive had good experiences here most of the time. However, last time I ordered a dessert pizza to go and had a completely burnt pizza boxed up and handed to me by our waitress. Luckily, I looked in the box before heading home - and then waited an additional 20 min for the item to be remade. No attempt was made by the waitress or the manager to discount the item that was messed up by the kitchen - and I didnt demand one. There are equally tasty pizza options at a similar price point. Ive made the choice to frequent other establishments with more consistent customer service.

Great assortment of vegetarian options, I am very impressed. The spinach artichoke dip is a must. I usually wouldnt get something like this but Alex suggested it. It was the best shes had also. We ordered the artichoke pizza and dayum. This place is a must if youre visiting. If youre a local this is the spot for you. Clean reataraunt, friendly staff. All in the small details. Ive had so many experiences where Im shaking the red pepper shaker like a crazy man. This red pepper shaker has long slits instead of ones with the holes that get clogged. Very good!! Very good indeed.

Came here with a friend of mine who had been here before and said he liked it. We were seated right away and our server came over shortly after. Our server started off well, but as the night went on she seemed to not care as much about us. They seem to have a lot of drinks to choose from and the food menu has a variety of options. We ordered one of their specialty pizzas and it was okay - nothing great, but not bad. I would definitely give this place another try, but Im not eager to go back.

Went to eat here this past evening. Have been at Brixx in the past and we have always enjoyed our meals. Last night the service that was provided to us was exceptional! Captain Curt, I believe the manager of the restaurant, greeted us and many other customers at the door. He and his team worked the restaurant floor with efficiency and always had a smile on their face. Excellent service and good food. We will return due to the friendly service that we experienced during our visit.

I love this place, except tonite the host was trying to put a handicapped person in a booth, after we said no, got upset to clean off a table with chair. Then didnt receive any menus, while we was eating the host was cleaning a Table from behind and sprayed my husband with cleaner on his head. And laughed at it. I dont know own if it got on his food. Our Pizza was burnt, and never got refills. Hopefully this is a one time deal bc I love this place and want to come back.

We have been there several times by now. The food was always great. The wood oven really makes a difference, and it definitely challenges even the Italian pizzas we had. The Pasta dishes are also very good. The place is well designed with a good atmosphere, and the bar, where we usually sit at, has exceptional service. There is also a variety of draft beers in the menu, unfortunately most (or all?) are American beers ;)

I ordered one of the chicken pizzas with spinach and feta on top of it. Overall, the pizza was good and kind of reminded me of a calzone (the crust). I guess since I only tried one pizza, I cant speak for any of their other items. The reason as to why I gave it this rating was because I thought it was EXPENSIVE (imagine going with a group if their pizzas are around 10$ a piece and they only come in the 10" size)!
