Placed an order online to be delivered about 40 minutes before closing time.....no way to enter a credit card online.......ok.....I call to give them my credit card and "the manager" said it was his first day and he didnt know how to enter a credit card that way......finally took the card number and placed the order.....then called back and said one of the items I ordered off their online menu, they dont carry anymore.....so i got something else, then "a driver" calls me back and tells me that the manager didnt want to call me and tell me that he "accidentally" turned off the pizza oven and it will take 45 minutes to turn them back on then cook your pizza then deliver it, so you just want to cancel?", I couldnt believe what I was hearing. So after he basically told me that they were now closed I told him to have a manager call me the next day........no call..........so I go to their website and send in an email to let the upper management know what happened and that they have incompetent people working for them in their later hours.......no response. This place clearly does not give a damn about customer service because I have never seen a place just ignore customers. They will not be getting my business anymore, not that I am too disappointed, the food is ok at best and I only order it because they are open later than everyone else. Lock it up Pizza Authority Lock it up.

The pizza is good, but the service is bad. I went there a couple weeks ago (Elgin location) and the blonde haired elder waitress (which is there ALL the time) is very unprofessional. When we walked in the restaurant, she didnt greet us, she just turns her back towards us and as she is walking away, yells sit wherever. Also, when she brought us our drinks/food, she practically threw it on the table. And heres the worst one, when shes passing out our plates, she notices the plate is dirty and picks at it with her nail, then gave me the plate. I looked at the plate in disgust and told her the plate is still dirty, she grabbed the plate out of my hand threw it on the table next to us and gave me the plate off the other table. I believe that violates some sort of health code. If it wasnt for that waitress, I would have given CPA 5 stars. There is another waitress that works there, she has darker hair, she was very professional, the complete opposite of that blonde haired lady.

I Work here as a pizza driver and just wanted to let the people know that CPA is owned by Rosatis the big pizza chain just wanted to let the public know that alot of people dont know that and also the pizza is over priced and the cooks mostly dont wash there hands after touching the raw meat that goes on the pizza also slipped on Ice and my back is now hurt badly and they wont cover workers comp.. also the people that work in the kitchen not pizzas but the beefs salads and ribs stuff like that takes way to long to come out most of the time Ive seen cooks eat some ingredients off of the pizza before they put it in the oven and still didnt wash there hands what is that? Gross

So I decided to order out tonight. Ribs sounded good. This place has the most amazing ribs but thats what this about. This was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had with a delivery service.... Food was at my door faster then I was told upon ordering. I saved money on delivery charges and I got free 2 liter bottle of pop, unexpectedly.I sat down to this delicious meal, opened up my food and a lot of steam arises!! I thought "OH BOY!" It was an great experience from beginning to end. When was the last time that happened to you with delivery? Totally recommend CPA!

I have been a somewhat regular customer for the past six months. I decided to place an order one day and the guy who answered the phone seemed quite rude. He appeared condescending when I placed my order. The most recent was when I placed an order for their pan pizza. They got the order wrong and placed it for pickup instead of delivery. (2 hour wait for a pizza I paid for) If they cant show proper business etiquette, they lose my business!

Food was good but service was bad. They were pretty packed but only had one waitress. I asked for lemonade but it was more like water with one lemon squeezed in it. Later she spilled ranch dressing on my brother in law. Normally youd think theyd discount something due to the service but the offer wasnt made.

Grew up IN Chicago and have eaten a metric but-ton of pizza in my life. That said, the double-dough pizza with whateva is a downright chicago thin crust that legitimizes the companys name. Their buffalo style wings are pretty damn good too (even if they can be a bit pricey.)

Best pizza around. Delicious. It is as good as the downtown pizza palors. Their chicken parm is absolutely amazing. They also make a juicy bbq chicken and delicious ribs. I love to dine in there. They have a nice comfortable atmosphere. Lastly they have great specials.

I guess if youre accustomed to $5 pizzas, the prices might seem high to you. However, one must charge a little bit more if they dont use substandard ingredients. Im a little careful about what I put in my body and I truly have enjoyed CPAs pizzas over the years.

Admittedly it was a drunken order at 11:30p, but when a pizza is noticeably bad even while drunk - youre doing something horribly wrong. Cheese slid and was only on half the pizza, no taste, absolutely horrible, and for the price? Never ordering from here again.

Good pizza, just way overpriced. 45 dollars for 2 medium pizzas. One with sausage and one specialty. I can get a lou malnatis for cheaper and its better pizza. Wont order from them again. Enjoying Lous tonight though. Wasnt even offered a discount or anything.

I ORDERED A PIZZA OVER THE COMPUTER YESTERDAY. PICKED IT UP AND BROUGHT IT HOME. WHEN I GOT HOME I FOUND OUT THE PIZZA WAS COLD AND NOT SLICED AT ALL. I THREW THE WHOLE PIZZA AWAY. THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER, AS ALSO ALL THE TOPPING WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE

CPA is one of the best pizzas we have ever had. It is more costly than a big chain, but you get what you pay for, delish! After several orders from the Elgin store we have never had an error, always hot and fantastic. The desserts are great too!

i didnt like it at all the penne broccoli with shrimp was the worst pasta ive ever had it had no taste and there was huge chunks of garlic in there.. the pasta was altogether around 15 bucks.. so overpriced and gross..please save your money !

We order from cpa regularly and have yet to be dissapointed. Food is always hot, fresh, and tastes great. Thin crust and double dough are both on point. Chicago style is good but leaves alittle to be desired. Overall, highly recommended.

I ordered a 4 piece fried chicken dinner for delivery. Normally you get a breast ..wing..thigh..and leg. I got 2 thighs..wing and leg. What the hell is that?? Never ordering from this restaurant ever again!!!

Ive been ordering from CPA for years! Everything Ive had has been delicious. My favorite is the fetticini alfredo with chicken. I also love the potato skins. Definately try the buffet!!!!!
