The first time I went it took for ever! I waited 4 hours To get my pizzas made. I let it slide because it was kinda busy. But apparently that was a mistake. When I got home, my dad found a hair in his pizza. If it were to take that long to make them you would expect it to be made well. Then again today I ordered calzones for my whole family. It took 2 hours yeah I repeat 2 HOURS! To get it delivered to my house. Im about 2 miles away. When I opened the box not one or two but all of our calzones were raw. Terrible service and not even their food can make up for it.

Worst customer service in town! Online it says "if you dont like it we dont care" didnt think they meant it literally. I ordered a pizza with half no cheese since my girlfriend is lactose intolerant sure enough I get the pizza and it has cheese. I call and ask for a manager and no manager is there to talk to and I got no where talking to the person on the other side. Sadly this has happened to me twice already. I call leave a number and never get a call back! Wont happen a third time though I wont ever order from them again. Very disappointed.

I ordered from here a few days ago. Not only did they take more than 50 minutes to make a pizza they also got my order wrong. I made an order for pick up and was told on the phone that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting almost an hour for a pizza and I was such in a hurry since I was Late for work that I didnt realize the order was wrong until I arrived to work. Ive never had this problem before so so I have no idea whats going on that it took so long for a 14" pizza.

Tim is an awesome dude who made me fresh guacamole when I ordered it and they didnt even have any. Always loved doughballs but the people working there now are genuinely so nice and welcoming. Didnt catch the name of the man he wasnt working with at the time but both were really great guys. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want a late night snack! Also try their quesadillas theyre super good!

Food is okay. Sometimes burnt or over greasy. When ordering from GrubHub I never get what I ask for sauce wise. Ordering late so not sure if thats why. Forgot my coke but instead of making the driver go back for it I just asked if he could take it off the bill. Sarpinos it is

Just all around awesome pizza! Try the Mr.potato head or hog heaven....my 2 favs! The cinnamon Doughballs and the Mac n cheese bites are on my all time top favorite appetizer list! ! ! A must for any pizza goer, plus they are open till 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Doesnt open till 12 on Sundays. Apparently the website has all incorrect info. They recognize that there is wrong info. I called in at 11:53, and they told me to call back in 7 mins when they open. Um.... super annoying... not a good way to start the business.

The food was gross my mac and cheese bites were plain, the breading on the cheese sticks was flavor leas, and the fried pickles where literal pickles fired disgusting, I mean if you are drunk its probably worth it but sober it was pricey and gross.

The inside lobby and front where you order just does not look clean or nice at all. The specialty pizzas that you order are actually really good but I am always so iffy on walking in and getting a slice just based on how dirty it looks.

made an order arpund about 12:30pm, i call in at 2:30am to find out why my pizza is late and they say it hasnt been made or even begun to be delivered yet!!! completely unreliable, will never order from them ever again

I ordered befor the pizza was pretty good. This time I came to a friends house and we ordered at 10:30 and it said it would comd anywhere from 11:40 to 12:00 I waited until. 12:40 and the food never got here .

The pizza here is good and they offer different ingredients then what you would normal find at some of the normal chains. This is a great place to get pizza if you are wanting to mix things up.

New owners are about 100 times better than the previous ones. Pizza was really good with a nice crust. Definitely give the dough balls a try, you wont regret it. Open late which is a huge plus.
