I ordered food togo because my girlfriend told me that the wings were awesome, and that they were, and if I was only basing my experience on your food alone, I would be coming back! The number one most important thing that will help a business thrive, especially in the restaurant industry, is the level of customer service that is given, I mean afterall this is the food and hospitality industry. The girl that I ordered the food from over the phone took the order down wrong and never cared enough to repeat the order back to us as she had taken it to ensure that it was correct. I had ordered two bakers dozen orders of wings, one hot and one mild. After waiting for roughly 50 minutes for my order to be delivered, I received a single order of wings, half hot and half mild. I clearly stated that I wanted to full size orders, and I said one hot and one mild, not half and half. So I pretty much just paid $20.00 (including tip) for 13 wings? For a local and small business that probably needs the customers to keep coming in, you would think that there would be more training and more care involved with the level of hospitality that your concept projects. When I called back they did ask if I wanted to order another 13 wings, and I thought to my self, really, $40.00 and another 50 minutes for 13 wings, Ill probably never be back!!

Gross. The wisconsin basket appetizer was salty and burnt, the homemade tea had a funny smell and taste. The pizza was worst then cardboard. The Waitress yelled across the room to take our order and one waitress had their kid walk in with a jar of bugs they collected. The bar stool and chairs are old and ripped. We were very disappointed and would even give this place a second chance...EVER!!!

The BEST thin crust pizza in McHenry county! The crust is crisp and "crackery", the sauce not too sweet and all ingredients are super fresh. They have a good selection of appetizers. My favorite is the fried veggie combo-basket. The interior was a little drab, but has since been renovated and is now really pretty nice.

I have been enjoying the pizza from Foxhole for over 20 years and still love everything about the pizza. Lately, I have found a real decent deal on their ribs on Wednesday nights. You have to get there early or they may run out of the ribs. Overall, a good meal in a McHenry original.

This pizza is delicious! The mushrooms and spinach were fresh and not canned or frozen, the cheese was a very tasteful mozzarella, the crust was thin and light flour taste. The price was inexpensive, and the receptionist very friendly.

The food was fair but the service kinda of sucked. Took FOREVER for a waitress to come help us and FOREVER to get our check... not even that busy so there is no excuse. Probably wont come here again...
