I have been going to them for about a year and a half as I work about 5 minutes away. The company I work for has been catering from them since I started working there over three years ago and I have never had a problem with their pizza. Having just moved into the St. Charles area I decided to order their "Deep Dish" pizza. Now, anyone from Chicago can say that a deep dish pizza is a pizza with extremely high crust with sauce over a layer of cheese and toppings inside that. The pizza we received was not only completely opposite but it looked like it came out of a card board pizza. We then called and asked to speak with a manager and was told that the pizza we were looking for was called "Stuffed Crust Pizza". We decided to give them a second chance and they came 45 minutes later with indeed a deep dish pizza however, the top layer of cheese was burnt and the insides of the pizza was uncooked. My Fiance decided to eat a piece and got extremely sick, at that point I decided to order Chinese food. I called that night as well to ask if I can speak with the owner and the lady who answered the phone said that he wouldnt be in until tomorrow. I show up at the business and ask for my money back and instead I get handed the phone and cussed at and apparently, because it was my "first time" calling he would not give me my money back. His exact words were, "I gave you one pizza, you sent it back, I gave you another and you sent that one back too. I already lost you as a customer so why should I give you your money back?" I guess he didnt think that the year and a half of business I spent with him was worth $24 dollars. In short: Been going here for a year and a half, order two pizzas from my home, both of them looked and tasted like crap, asked for a refund and was told that he couldnt give me a refund because he already lost me as a customer. Never going there again, guess he was right.

Their word is no good! Fazon (I dont know how to spell it), the owners son promised to comp our next pizza since they messed up 2 out of 3 of our last orders! We called back to get our free pizza and Roman wont honor it! And Fazon is conveniently never there when we call. We were told that in 17 years theyve never given away a free pizza and theyre not starting now! Well then dont let the owners son promise to comp pizzas that are made wrong! Or get a new cook that doesnt mess up 2 out of 3 orders so we wont be in this situation in the first place! If the cost of a pizza is not worth keeping your word then I feel sorry for you! You have no honor and no pride if you cant keep your word. And youve now lost customers that have been ordering on a regular basis.

Stopped by for a slice for lunch. Asked for some parmesan cheese, was told they only have hot peppers. The pizza was wrapped in a pre-cut piece of flimsy aluminum foil that was not big enough to fully seal around the slice. Some grease seeped out and onto my car seat, and the pizza was starting to get cold by the time I ate it (no more than 15 minutes later). A lot of the cheese was stuck to the foil and pulled off the pizza when I unwrapped it. That said, the pizza was actually pretty good. Seems like they use ingredients of a decent quality, and I liked the sauce. I just wish they werent being so cheap on the wrapping and condiments (cheese) as that really diminished my experience.

This place has become our go to for fast, cheap pizza. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. They have good coupon deals online, so be sure to take advantage of them. Delivery wait times are too long, but that is true for every (decent) pizza place in the area.

1st time ordering they offered me a discount, pizza was really good this has become our new pizza place and the pizza is even better cold! Fried mushrooms were really good overall we were really happy especially since they have lower prices than our regual pizza place.

Hands down my favorite Pizza place to go to in the suburbs. Always consistent with their quality and Ive never had a bad Pizza from there. My personal favourite Pizza is there Giardinara and tomatoe topping thin crust pizza.
