My fiancé, daughter, and I went here for dinner last night. When we walk in no workers were seen, and no one came out to greet us. A guy came out looked around saw us and went back into the kitchen area without even speaking to us. We sat at a table for a few minutes without anyone coming over. The place was completely dead, we were the only customers. Finally a waitress came over to our table, and she didnt apologize for the wait. We placed our order, and a minute later the waitress came back and told us they didnt have multiple items that we had ordered. Wth. My fiancé said his pizza tasted like rubber, and that the veggies on top were flaky and paperlike. And the extra plates they gave us to put our pizza slices on were DIRTY. It was digusting. My food came out minutes later with the items on it that the waitress claimed she didnt have in the store. About 2 minutes into eating our food the waitress came back out and asked if we wanted desert. We declined, and she came back with our bill. Again we had only been eating for a few minutes. We felt like they were telling us to leave. We didnt enjoy the food at all anyway, so we left. Im out of $15. But at least now I know to not come back.

Just moved to the Crystal Lake area and Googled this Pizza Hut location near my home, ordered 2 pizzas, got my pizzas 20mins later. Time wise this location is great, but.... when I got home to feed my family the pizzas that we picked up they were missing 2 ingredients on one and the other one is missing 1 ingredient completely. Seems like this place doesnt have any green peppers or spinach!? This place sucks, also my pizzas were not well done as I requested. Cheese was still in like a "runny/watery" consistency. Had to come home and place them in some extra time in my own oven at home. This place lacks following orders, looks like Im going to have to find another location near by or switch to a local competitor.

I called at 11am, right when they opened, to order 4 pizzas for a party at work. It needed to be delivered at 1230. (When my co-workers have their thirty minutes lunch.) When it still wasnt here at 1215 I called. The woman who answered the phone said the pizzas were ready, but they still had to be cooked and delivered... No, maam. The pizzas are not ready when you still have to cook them. Ugh. She said it would be another 30 minutes before I would have them. Keep in mind, my work is literally two miles away from them. I told them to forget it, and to cancel the charge on my credit card. Ill wait to see if they actually do it...

Ive ordered here a total of 5 times since moving to the area in February. Each time Ive dealt with rude workers and messed up orders. Every single time! Aside from that the online order only lets you use the cash option and you have to call in to use your card as payment and they are never friendly when dealing with that issue either. Overall the customer service is lacking in this location, which makes total sense as to why I never see them busy. I wont be ordering from here again.

I dont even want to give them 1 star!!! Our order was over 40 minutes. I called the store and I got a sassy reply that my pizza was already on its way and there was nothing they could about it. I was told that the store doesnt follow the online estimated times, and that I should call after I order to check the "actual" time! WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will never be eating Pizza Hut again! Additionally, you can only pay cash online! Sooooooo Stupid!

Ordered a calzone from pizza Hut and they told me when I got there after calling the order in that they "didnt know how to make a calzon." Then I called back to tell then its undercooked and the person who took my call said "the cook quit today" and then the owner told me that "he was sick" and I had to wait for 40 minutes while I waited at the place. This restaurant is just terrible. Terrible service, food, and is a complete waste of money.

Order pizza here the other night, took an hour to get it, one they didnt cook it like I had asked them to, then they charged us for the garlic butter dip, didnt send it with the order, when we called the girl was really rude told us they were out of it, I asked y they charged us for it if they new they were out of it she was mean and said nothing and jus hung up on us. How rude probably wont be ordering from here again

I called them to see if hey took credit cards since the website does not give you an option. The girl who answered told me to go online and choose cash and call me back with your credit card information. I asked her if she can just take my order over the phone with my card info, and she told me to order it online and call back. Never mind, I will order from somewhere else who wants business.

I have a large family and if I eat-in I am charged a gratuity not matter the service. I will not eat there any more. If you order take-out, check your order before you leave the store - dont expect the manager to apologize or try to make it right. Its just "take your turn next in line."

Called to order and no answer. Called 6 more times spread out and still no answer. I didnt want to order online if no one would even answer the phone. I have worked at pizza places and we never let the phone just ring. They lost an order and a customer.

Well first off I wanted the regular bread sticks and I order 4 of them and they gave me 4 orders of cinnamon sticks. They gave me a free pizza for a long wait but Im not coming back because they will screw that up.

Owner ali and gm michelle were extremly rude to us. Resturant is in destress. Verry dirty and unsanitary. Cigerette buts everywhere outside. Salad bar was gross. And my pizza was cold. Verry dissatisfied customer.

We were there on Valentines Day this year, and it was awful. Tables was dirty, not cleaned after the previous customers,the waitress was apparently under the influence of alcohol.
