I had never ordered pizza from this brand before, and thought Id give it a try. I ordered their "special" of a large one topping with chicken wings for $15.99. I went with a cheese and pineapple pizza. Wasnt sure what Id get to be honest. 16:52 - Ordered Pizza. Was promised delivery within 30-45 minutes. 17:17 - Pizza and wings arrive in 25 minutes - beating expectations and promises. The "square" pizza is more like a rectangle, the large with ten pieces. The dough seemed as if it was a pre-made shell - very doughie. The outside rim was burnt, but the bottom was nicely toasted. The pineapple was quite small, and the cheese was light for a pizza. I was expecting more. Good sauce and coverage. The wings, though small, were very good. The presentation could have been better. When I opened the wing box, my ranch sauce was hot and the lid was wilted so it had leaked out in the box. However, the flavor of the wings were really good. Perhaps Markie should consider showcasing wings instead of pizza in their name? Not bad. Id order their wings again, but not the pizza. At least not the squarish-rectangle pizza without extra cheese.

Ive been a customer of Markies Pizza for four years. When I first moved to Eastpointe they were my first option. Now we only order from them when no one else is open. Tonight they told us 45 minutes to an hour and after an hour and 15 minutes I called to check on our order. When I called she knew exactly the order before I said anything about the order and made up an excuse about taking a delivery out-of-range and remaking the food to be warm. The food arrived ten minutes later. Ive work at four different pizza establishments and we always called when we were over five minutes late. Theyve done this before, they wait until they are closing and send the last delivery of the night last minute. The service continues to get worse. I will not be ordering anytime in the near future.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. realize that there are 2 slices missing, kid was hungry, but they both only had 2 pieces of pepperoni on them. So disappointed in the pizza. Have eaten here for years and normally recommend them. I was told that this is the normal amount, which I have never had one look like this. Then told I could either, waste my gas, and come get another, or get one dollar off my next order. Why would I waste my gas coming to get another if it would look like this. Rethinking my place for pizza.

Loved this place for awhile but lately its going into the ground. Everytime i order from there something gets messed up. Like one time i ordered square and they brought a round and told me i didnt say square. Tonight ive had a horrible day and didnt feel like cooking so ordered a pizza. By the time it came half the pizza was on the top of the box and had an ant crawling on the inside of the box. So i guess im going to bed hungry! Thanks shitty management because of you i will no longer call there.

Terrible food and terrible service... I used to love Markies but their service went downhill in the last 2 or 3 years people that work there all get drunk they also reek of alcohol they screw up your order and theyre all rude and the food is very hit-and-miss most of the time its just over priced horrible garbage that I want to feed my dog... That being said they put a bad taste in my mouth both figuratively and literally. I havent been there in over a year and I dont ever plan on going back...

Its a bit hidden in a strip mall with a few other restaurants and a liquor store, but this place is a local gem. The pizza is delicious and you can tell its authentic and home made. The sauce is incredible, unlike any tomato sauce ive ever tried!!! Plus when you buy single slices the portions are huge. I will now buy all my pizzas from Markies. I cant recomend them enough!!! The only issue I have is that it is a bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. Their quality is amazing!!!

My order has been messed up 3-4 times now. My household orders from the restaurant regularly and Im done now. First time we ordered 65$ worth of food and the wings were wrong and the ribs were cold. Things have been forgotten. This time the jalapeno poppers were still frozen and the cheese sticks were cold. Plus everyone on the phone is very ride and incompetent. Not ordering from here again.

I dont care how great the pizza is. If the owner is insensitive and rude to a customer they dont deserve to have a business. A woman I know was a regular customer and was in there with her special needs daughter & the owner said: "your daughter should be on the retard bus" - wow a 60 year old little boy bullying a child.

If you call in an order, dont judge the place by their craptastic phone lines. The food is amazing! Ribs are perfect every time. The pizzas are delicious! The fish and chips are wonderful! The people are so kind, and helpful! The phone line sucks.

I had an excellent experience. I called at 12:30 on a weekday, and asked for delivery. I got zero attitude, she had a great sense of humor, and I got my pizza within 40 minutes. And not to mention, the prices are so good!! Im about to order again.

The only thing I order from here is the Antipasto Salad... Its awesome!! Very fresh... Now I have never had an issue with the staff but as far as alcohol... Yea they sure be messed up lol
