I hate to have to write a bad review about a place I used to enjoy so much, but one of their managers made sure they wouldnt be getting my business anymore. A few weeks ago I ordered some wings and a salad and told them to not to add avocados since my wife is very allergic to them. I pick up the food, drive back to my house and my wife opens her salad and notices that there are avocados all over the salad. I call Wings and Rings back up and explain that I live relatively far from the restaurant so I wouldnt be able to come back to pick up another salad. A female manager then offers me a credit for the salad and an appetizer for the trouble. I was satisfied with that and the next time we would order from there we would be able to claim the food I was offered. I am told that a note will be placed on my phone number in their system for the free items. I call a couple of weeks later to place a new order and to claim the offered free food and have a male manager talk with me. He informs me that there is no note on my phone number and that he "wont be giving me a free $10 item just because they accidentally added a .40 cent avocado." and that the best he would do was 15% off of my order. I dont care how little the avocados cost! If my wife had eaten the salad with avocados in it we would have had to go to the hospital!! I told him that I would settle for only the salad (I was also ordering wings that I was going to be paying for) and he still said no and had an attitude like I was just trying to scam them for free food. Absolutely turned me off to this place, which is a shame because it was one of my favorites and ate there often. No problem, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that will enjoy my business instead.

Had dinner here on March 2nd, around 7:00 PM. The restaurant was fairly full, but there were still a few open tables so we got seated within 5 minutes or so. We ordered our food right away since we were all hungry, it probably took 45 minutes to get our food, and all we ordered were wings and some rings. Nothing special about the wings, and the rings, blah, not good at all. The worst thing was the condition of the restaurant, the floors were a complete mess, food all over the place. There was a large group with a small child next to us, they kind of made a big mess because of their young child which happens. I bet the hostess and waitresses walked by and looked at it for 30 minutes without ever cleaning it up. Besides that, there were probably 3 or 4 other tables that never got bussed. Sorry to say we wont be back.

During Lent they are running a great Haddock fish special. I wish it was year round. The fish portion served with sriracha tartar sauce is more than generous and delicious. The tartar sauce is spicy but I liked it. In order to enjoy the flavors, dip your fork tines in the sriracha tartar sauce and then pick up a piece of fish. In addition, I chose to upgrade my fries/chips to a side salad. If you do, be aware that the salad is huge. I am usually a big eater and wound up getting my dressing on the side and taking my salad and coleslaw home, as the fish was more than filling. At another table over, I noticed a couple sharing the meal, fish and salad between them. I told my husband that we ought to do the same next time. My coleslaw also had a sriracha kick to it.

I called in to place an order for their wings today and received terrible service. The guy on the phone was very unorganized; kept on asking me to repeat. I never ordered from this store before and dont have their menu - found the site on Google maps. So obviously I dont know all the sauces they have and what denominations the wings came in – thus, I was asking him those questions. The guy was so impatient and told me to go online, and when Ive made up my mind to call him back. Before I could say anything, he hung up. I certainly did not expect this customer service. This place needs to hire better phone support.

This place is delicious! I love the wings and the parm fries. My husband had the Buffalo burger and said it was awesome! Highly recommended. Great place and clean. Its not nearly as crowded as bdubs either. The wings are big and they wont charge you extra for the dipping sauce and celery. The service is a little slow but they are really friendly. You can divide the flavors of the wings as long as you keep it in sets of 5 and the wings are actual plump without the fatty parts. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Oh and the prices are Great.

This place is frantastic! The best buffalo wings by far. Bigger wings than the major chain, with lots of sauce. "Crazy" sauce is an awesome combination of bbq and garlic, highly recommended with "Xtra-hot", "Nuclear" if you really like em hot. Atmosephere is typical open sports bar. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend they change the music selection though, the teen pop hits that was playing didnt really suit the sports bar atmosphere. A true gem for wing lovers, worth the trip since my last favorite wing place closed down.

Love this place. The wings here are much bigger than those found at other similar restaurants. Ive never had any issues with the staff either. Most are very friendly and check back frequently to make sure youre taken care of. Depending on what days you go, it can fill up quick (usually when the Chicago sports teams are playing). There are other items on the menu beside wings; the usual onion rings, burgers, nachos, and a few vegetarian options. But most people come here for the wings.

My first time coming here I waited about 8 minutes to be sat when the restaurant was empty. My waiter took forever to bring out our drinks and the same with our food. I asked for the appetizer first and he brought it out with my food anyways. Then afterwards I got severely sick from food poisoning. I had traditional wings and fried pickles. Their wings must have been undercooked because I was sick for 3 days. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience eating out ever!!!!!

Some of the lowest quality food ever ,dirty table ,very low quality beef on square hamburger patties, you know youre in trouble when your hamburger patty is square ,small burnt fries obviously fried an old oil ,I should have known when we went in at noon and there wasnt another customer ,there is a reason.$40 for three low-quality hamburgers three unbelievably horrible orders of fries + 3 soft drinks is way too much never go there again

LOVE this place. Its a family favorite of ours! Great place to hang out and watch basically any sport. Friendly staff and a full bar! I recommend getting the boneless wings.... Theyre HUGE! Many flavors to choose from and you can select how spicy you want them as well. Miss this place! Anytime Im in Crystal Lake, I try to find an excuse to stop in for some wings and a few beers.
