As of approximately two months ago, This B.K. has upgraded the place. The preparation of their food and courtesy of the staff is noticeable. Im not sure; but I believe this B.K. has a vegetarian burger alternative. It is close to the newly developed shopping the east, and closer to the older part of Main street/lake and parks here. They are still in need to overhaul the coffee system there. It is terrible. Im subtracting one Big Star.

Ordered two Whoppers (not meals) for $6 as two noticible signs promoted. We were told by the cashier they had to get the manager to approve the price, and told by the manager that they are not mind readers because we asked for two whoppers and was not charged correctly. The service was unprofessional and rude. Especially, when there shouldnt have been mind reading by anyone if they followed their own promotions.

They were out of the soft drink I wanted, out of ketchup in the dining area, and the food all around was terrible. Whopper tasted like the mayo was expired, french fries were not very good. Next time I will go to the Culvers next door.

First time at this location and not the best service. The forgot my honey mustard and totally got my boyfriends sandwhich wrong. BBQ instead of ranch and it didnt have cheese like he had asked. Never visiting this location again.

Friendly staff. BK should not advertise for items or deals that they dont offer. If advertising for something then they should make the adjustments necessary to accommodate the customer. Otherwise dont falsely advertise.

Cold food.. I ordered two Whoppers sandwiches without onions they put onions on it. I love burger King in Elkhorn.. slow service.. I will not visit this location ever again.
