Not clean, and I am not the kind of person typically bothered by that. I went hoping it would be like Moes or Chipotle...its nasty. The setup is similar to the big chain burrito places but the toppings and meats looked like theyd been out all day and there was a lot of mixing between the various toppings. Food had fallen between every bucket, the staff didnt look clean, and then I caught attitude from the cashier for asking if it came with chips...it didnt. I got halfway through the burrito before the burned chicken was too much to take. The diet coke was good...otherwise, its nasty.

If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down worst company to work for. They dont care about their employees or customers, only the money they make. Corporate would rather buy a smoothie machine than pay their employees a reasonable wage or fix up their stores. When you only want to pay employees minimum wage youre going to get minimum work. I would not expect quality service from any location from here on out. As a matter of fact, I would be surprised to see Bluecoast is still in business come summer 2017.

Every time I got to this location its always something. One day in the summer I went and they had a couple flies landing on the meat. When I told him about it he acted like he was upset because he had to change the meat. Today I went and the guy didnt use gloves to finish my quesadilla and chips. The cookies were so hard they couldnt be eaten. Also, do they only hire men at this restaurant? I have never seen a female working there.

Passing thru Tennessee on a road trip. Decided to stop at this burrito place. BTW: I LOVE burritos!!! However, these burritos are ok. But what really grinded my gears is that the cashier tried to cheat me out of $.78 cents. I know when people make genuine mistakes, but this gentleman has been doing this for a while. In conclusion, do not stop here for a burrito and if you, dont pay with cash, they will try to cheat you.

Dillon is the man! World class service. I arrived 1 minute before closing and they were cleaning, so I turned around. Dillon ran to the parking lot and said hey bud, can I get you a burrito? I turned around and they treated me like a VIP. A lot of stores avoid customers near closing time, these guys treat customers like royalty. Bravo. The burritos are good too!

I genuinely cannot understand any of the 1 star reviews. This place is great, inexpensive, has friendly staff, and makes everything to order. Great for lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. The queso blanco is great, and Im very partial to the spinach tortilla quesadillas. Great place to grab some Mexican/Baja food.

meats look like something I would see in a public school cafeteria. the guac had no flavor what so ever. and the quesadilla took about 15 minutes for them to make and can also taste how bland the chicken was. tortilla chips also tasted like they were a great value brand. Do yourself a favor and go to qdoba.

Food is good but the service has been poor lately. Put lettuce on the food when it wasnt asked for, i almost got charged more than i was supposed to, luckily I noticed before I left. Either new employees arent being trained well enough or they just dont care.

Always friendly, usually quick. This place is consistent. If you like a build-a-burrito place, blue coast might be the top in smyrna. This location offers some dishes that other Blue coast do not, such as crispy tacos.

We love coming here for years. I had to apologize today for not doing this sooner when I thought of it. Great food, I love the salsa bar. It does get noisy during busy times. Great place to hang out for casual dining.
