I loved it. Mostly a sandwich shop, clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff, good food. In a world of horrible food service i still have potbelly, now if only i could find a closer parking spot this area is so popular. I highly recommend this place for lunch if you have never been. Be prepared for real good food and a beautiful environment unlike anything youve ever seen.

This place gets PACKED! For being so crowded and the line almost out the door, I have to say the employees were very organized, calm and collected. I would have been a wreck with all the people coming through. Great job guys! If you are in Lake Geneva and looking for a bite to eat, try out Potbellys!

A nice location for this chain! I always enjoy Potbellys and like that this location offers plenty of outdoor seating where you can catch a glimpse of the lake. The selection is decent and the food very good for the price!

This place has gone down hill . Mens bathrooms dirty outside sitting area filthy. They hire young kids who just slap your sandwich together. Overall not a good place, It needs to close and open a Panera !!!
