Terrible service tonight. Like every evening we go there! The gentleman who took our order at the drive thru wouldnt let us finish before interrupting, was very short and just very very rude. We ordered and paid for a lg. Drink, recieved a reg. Sized one. And before we drove away, we asked the gal at the window for the gentlemans name who took our order and she looked at him then at us and said "uhh i dont know what his name is, hey they want to know your name" and then walked away, then Joseph walked to the window and told us his name and we said thank you and left. So sick of the kids they have working there at night! They are almost always so rude! Just not going to go to that one anymore!

Slowest service ever... spent 20 minutes in the drive through... for a dry sloppily put together pulled pork sandwich and a god aweful side salad with out the dressing I requested.... if Im not mistaken most of this is pre made... it shouldnt take that long to toast a bun and throw some pork on it... staff is very unfriendly and has poor etiquette. You give a bad reputation for fast food workers every where... this is why you clearly dont deserve a higher minimum wage.

Came in and ordered 4 blizzards to go, Two younger boys about the same age as the people working there came in and ordered 2 blizzards for dine in. They were served, ate and left 15 minutes before I got my to go order. They were also out of whatyour daughter ordered. Wont come back to this location.

By far, the superior DQ in Fond du Lac. The Blizzards are always prepared well, and their drive-thru service is super speedy. Two thumbs up.
