Im a regular here and go mostly for the atmosphere although I love the food too. But the best thing are the servers. Most are great and friendly. Now, I have had extraordinary wait times for food but when I see people post about the food quality or wait times, I want to know why they didnt speak up. Do they just like to complain? Because every time theres been a problem with the food or an extra long wait, the manager or server has cheerfully and apologetically solved the problem, either by giving us a newly cooked meal or comping something on the bill. So if you dont like something, SAY something while youre there! Otherwise, youre just a high-maintenance complainer. If youre like us and enjoy a great environment and friendly servers and just want a place to hang out, then look us up next time youre there :)

Our waiter Samantha was the worst! It was the worst experience ever at this location or any other location. She had a really bad attitude and was so slow. We had to keep reminding her and correcting her of our orders. Today was unlimited free fries and she still charged us twice. She kept messing up all our receipts and had to fix like 3 times because she still kept charging us all for the fries when they were free . She didnt come over to our table and ask how we were all doing at all,we always had to signal her when we needed something. She kept rolling her eyes and seemed annoyed by us when we would ask for something.

Horrible take out service. I order my food pick it up. Just about home and i get a call saying my order was messed up. Drive 20 minutes back to the resturant and they tell me my order was remade fresh. Get back home go to eat my food and everything is cold. They deffinetly did not remake my order. I ordered a small order of traditional wings witch is suppose to have 10 wings. I open the box and there is only 3 wings. Waste of money and time. Horrible service. I suggest you double check everything when ordering pick up to go. Not satisfied at all.

Both of the seats in my booth were ripped. I happened to be wearing shorts so the seat continued to pinch my legs. Service was so so. No napkins, (we had a kid at the table), our appetizers were forgotten about and so was my water. My beer glass came soaked from being spilled. When our cheese curds came it didnt have the dipping sauce. Mac and cheese with chicken was good but my burger was dry. Would be 3 stars but the torn seat with tape was bad, the other seat was worse. Avoid booth 85.

Food and service are consistently good. Time from order to food being on the table is frequently quite long - even when the restaurant is nearly empty. Ive never received an explanation, although I once received a free meal due to the delay. One thing that significantly interferes with dining is the noise from the radio and multitude of TVs. That excitement might be some peoples preference, but for others, it means that often one cant hear the people at their own table.

Pretty much the same as any other Bdubs Ive visited. Although I will say the food seems to come out a little quicker here than most. Service here is great; staff is very friendly. Its in a great location too as the next nearest Bdubs was in Round Lake Beach (that I know of). Outdoor seating is available and there are TVs out there so you can still watch your favorite sports.

This place absolutely sucks. I had to call the manager twice before and we ordered food to go again tonight and they messed our order up yet again. The tags on the boxes say boneless yet they give tradional wings and I paid for extra blue cheese and celery and did not get them. We will absolutely never go back to the Buffalo Wild Wings in mchenry.

I went their with my dad and it was his first time. We ordered simple burgers... about 2 hours later we get them. The excuse was that the cook had messed up the order.. then there was no discount or even a manager coming over to apologize. for waiting that long on food. I like buffalo wild wings to catch a game and eat but just not this one.

Going out to eat with 2 little ones at my age is usually interesting. However, waiting for our waitress Tessa to bring us our food after asking her were it is was not interesting, but disappointing. Walked out with 2 hungry kids after finding out she never put the order in. If ypur order is taking too long... dont wait, ASK WHERE IT IS!

Went the first few times they opened didnt go over very well. My bill specials priced wrong both times. The second time the fire alarm was going off for an hour. Regret staying during the alarm didnt know it was going to be on for so long. Went back today for the first time dry rub was added so poorly. Uploaded a picture of the wings.

I worked at the one in crystal lake for 3 years so I know the place is suppose to run. They always do a great job on the phones taking orders. Service inside has improved quite a bit since they first opened. If you dont like noise go for lunch. The deals are good. The only complaint I have it the new menus. They look horrible lol

If I could post a picture of my wings I would. I asked for the small size of the hot. Almost no sauce at all! And I mean not ONE boneless wing was fully covered in hot sauce. So disappointed that I spent $19 for nothing and spend half an hour drive to and from. Never again will I go since they seem to bullshit.

The wait time for our meal was an hour! Once we received our food it was cold and the sauce on our wings were dried! For the amount they charge for wings they should be hot and fresh! This isnt a one time occurrence either. This is the norm every time we come here! Dont waste your money or time.

While we prefer the BWW in Crystal Lake, the Mchenry location had improved greatly since it first opened. The wait staff is friendly and does a good job taking care of even the largest parties. The food is BWW standard fare and we have never had food issues at this location.

Every single time I go to the McHenry bdubs my order is wrong in restaurant or pickup sitting in parking lot at the moment waiting on them to fix my food once again. I will not be back to location I will drive the 30 minutes to next closest location. Absolutely awful

Wings were horrible. They were apocalyptically dry and tasted like they sat in the drawer for 20 minutes before getting to my table. And then the server was rude. Not to mention the duct tape on the booths just to make them functional. This place is a joke.
