Will never get my business or the business of my family and friends. I ordered take out from this place and my food was not the way I expected. my fajitas were on the same plate as beans and rice and it was spilling all over it. I dont even eat that crap and it does no good to tell them to leave it off the order because they put it there anyway. I ordered the dinner size Texas fajitas and they only gave me 3 tortillas, so now my foods cold because I had to stop and buy extra tortillas. I paid $1.25 for shredded cheese in a cup that I get from Taco Bell for .30. When I called back and spoke with Justin, the manager, I explained my dilemma only to hear him imitate my voice while telling me that he cant give me a refund. Maybe if he refrain from taking personal calls outside and walking along the side of the building while leaving the back door open for anyone to have access to, he couldve been managing his staff efficiently and affectively. Ive only eaten inside and never ordered take out before and I knew the customer service is bad, but Im glad my gut told me to only leave a dollar tip after I asked about the cup of cheese. So as a result of bad service and management, their employees suffer. I cant go here or bring my family and friends as I once did. I think Ill stick to El Matador on Tucker Norcross Rd. Its a good distance, but well worth it. Better portions and customer service.

This was the worst night and its all due to their lack of customer service. There hostess a very young immature girl I patronize this establishment all the time have been going here for years well over 8 years it is my daughters favorite place to eat. After my experience tonight I will never be back after waiting almost an hour an a half to be seated the so called hostess says we wont be seated for a while because it was only two of us and proceeded to seat people who came after me we complained and to the so called manager and NOTHING was done. Then this so called hostess have the audacity to become rude because I asked her to explain this and flipped me off and once again nothing was done by the so called manager but when I was done and she was crying I left. I will NEVER darken this doorway and I encourage others to not go here as well. There are other restaurants that are just as good they are a little further but I am willing to use the gas for good customer service because this was a HOT MESS ......

I just left the restaurant with food I didnt want. I ask for my money back after sitting there observing. It was bad vibes so as I walked in. The guy at the door wasvrude and looked like he was gonna Rob the place. I went to the bar to order my food and the bartender was taking three orders at a time. The bar was sticky and dirty. I shouldve left at this point but I stayed. What really ruined it was a worker coming from the back digging on his nose wiping it on his apron. I waited on the bartender to ask for my money back. He went and got the manager which refuses to give me money back after I told him that I didnt want it because the place is nasty.I didnt feel like arguing over 18 dollars so I had to keep this food. I will never eat there again. And Im calling the health department cause the place needs to be shut down.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I expected a normal authentic Mexican feel but was disappointed because I felt like I was in a ghetto lounge or a hole in the wall. For starters, because the place was crowded and people were trying to yell over the music to have a conversation with one another; old school music at that. So I asked the host if we would be able to sit on the patio, thinking it would be a more intimate setting for the two of us. He stated that if we sat outside we would have have to order our food at the bar and then carry our own plates to the patio ourselves because there were no servers for outside service (

I was a little surprised at the cost of the items on the menu. I noticed everything was about $2 more per item than most other mexican restaurants I frequent. My taco shells were stale. But the chicken soup was good. I wouldnt go out of my way to visit this place if I were you. There are tons of mexican restaurants around with better food for less $$. Also, Im pretty sure our waitress forgot we were her table for a while. The people giving this place 5 stars must be regulars or buddys with the owner. I will say, the bar was full, and everyone seemed to know each other and was happy.

This place really sucks. I wish I had the option to not give it a star. As I type this Im sitting here in this ghetto establishment. My waitress brought me a drink with molded cherries in it not once but twice then when I tell her she shrugs her shoulders as if she cant help it. I then asked for another drink without cherries please, as if she wouldve offered to bring it initially. Oh wait she didnt even greet herself she just came to stand at the table when we got here, I had to ask her if she was our waitress. Dont even waste your time. Bad choice... GHETTO GHETTO

New owners and staff chages going on. First time my taco salad was wilty and not as much meat..even lacked taste. The second visit I ate in and. was compensated by a waitress that had to be reminded to. complete our order and quit calling us baby and honey. S he said it so many times it. was annoying. I wanted patio service..but after a ten minute wait. without staff I went back inside. This is my neighborjood restaurant so shape up or NEXT.. .

This restaurant isnt lunch crowd friendly. I called to make an pick up order and an employee hung up on me the first time I called. I called a second time and told me that they dont open for another 8 minutes. Then she hung up on me... again. The food might be good. But I work on this end of town and was looking for a nice spot to pick up some lunch. I will have to look elsewhere.

I really had a taste for Mexican food and this was the only place in the area besides Taco Bell. The food was very average. It was made with no love or passion. I spent $20 for soggy tacos, tasteless refried beans and some Mexican rice. ...For the same price, theres a great REAL Mexican restaurant on North Druid Hills behind Chipotle. And they make their chips fresh!

Horrible..... I was a frequent visitor to this resturant because it was close to my job. Then not once but twice and Ive had a roach in my drink and a rock was found in my daughters rice. We ordered a taco salad which they brought to me cold as hell and queso that wasnt melted. Never again!!!!! Please dont order dark drinks at this place #disgusting #reported2BBB
