After several average visits, tonight was the last time my husband and I will eat here. The service was sub-par, but we could accept that if they hadnt shorted us food and insulted us. I ordered a combo of a bean burrito & chalupa. The chalupa never arrived, and when we asked for it off the bill, the server brought the manager over. He proceeded to explain what a chalupa was. We answered FIVE separate times that it wasnt included on the dish. He argued with us, describing repeatedly what a chalupa looked like. After a heated exchange of 5-6 minutes that the entire restaurant heard, he finally agreed to take a mere $3 off the bill. The food might be good, but there is no reason to ever patronize an establishment that is this rude to its customers.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this place. I have eaten here multiple times, each time hoping that the experience would improve on the next visit, but it never does. The food is average for the price, but literally everything else is horrible. The service is absolutely terrible, and they apparently have no idea how to answer a phone. Food takes too long to come out of the kitchen, and they mess up orders more often than is acceptable. The employees will cop an attitude with you if you try to adjust something on the menu. I have worked in restaurants my entire life, and this place is one of the worst in which I have ever set foot. There are much, much better options for your money and time.

One of my "go to" Mexican spots! The food there is very very good for the price that you pay! Always have had the most pleasant experience there. There are several items on the menu that are good. To name a few, bean dip, cheese dip, the salsa was a bit too hot for me so I requested a mild salsa ( you have to ask for it), chicken flautas are extremely yummy, the chicken parilla is HUGE (you can share this dish). The rice and beans are always cooked to perfection. Had a Texas margarita and it was a bit watery in my opinion but everything else is delicious. Its a huge establishment with plenty of seating inside and outside. They also have a live mariachi band on certain days.

This place is my familys closest authentic Mexican restaurant and I have to tell you this place has a lot of work to do. I cant remember a visit where they got our order right. Yesterday my wife and I went there and were surprised that it was empty on mid day Saturday my wife ordered a chicken quesadilla and got shrimp. My wife is allergic to shrimp but but the manager insisted that that is what she ordered. He literally argued with my wife his exact words were "you did order the shrimp quesadilla but I will get you chicken this time". We left. Please be careful this place has no customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Called to place an order and waited on hold 10 minutes while on my way to the restaurant. I was still on hold when I arrived! Until the hostess pressed a button to release my call without even picking up the phone... She didnt know I was the caller on hold. The menu items and prices listed are completely wrong. But they will happily overcharge you to add the ingredients listed on their publicly posted menu!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! If I hadnt WALKED here from the nearby hospital to get Mexican food for my husband I would have left with nothing. Hope the food is worth all the hassle.

My wife and I go here two to three times a month. Its fast. convenient, and the food is good. Occasionally the rice is a little hard, but not everything can be perfect. The service could be a little bit better, every time we go in we always see one of four people. I think its basically run by the same family, and on busy nights we can wait 10 minutes for them to take our order after we get drinks. Also, they have a band play Friday nights. We never go on Friday because its a walking band from table to table and its just so loud.

we visited this restaurant on a Wednesday it wasnt like a bustling Friday or Saturday , after we were seated and ordered our food it took a while to get to us so we thinking this is going to be hot and fresh well the food was Luke warm with a bland taste, to me Mexican food should be hot with a zest to it I have been to a food stand on buford hwy where the food at least taste like true Mexican sorry guys you dropped the ball on the goal line.

The food is actually good, but service is subpar. I ordered 3 quesadillas, then asked about the cheese dip was, but didnt order it. Then he brings us the 3 quesadillas with cheese dip. Easy mistake, so I told the cashier I didnt order the cheese dip. He then proceeds to argue with me claiming that I did order the cheese dip. Then when I told him no again, he scoffs then puts it away. Seriously?

Usually it is good, been there many times but this waiter name Leo was very rude and unprofessional, he gave me a different out look on the restaurant so me and my co workers wont be going back again, he never apologized and acted as if he didnt want our business so we took it else where, its sad how you are treated when you spending your hard earned money

Food was okay. Its pretty typical Tex-Mex fare, but WAY too expensive for what it is. The restaurant is also pretty dirty. There are flies constantly buzzing about and the bathroom is a disaster. If youre in dire need of a taco, you could do worse. But I ate here twice and that was enough for me. I wont be coming back.

Los Bravos is my favorite Mexican Restaurant! Their food is delicious and so are the Texas Margaritas. The atmosphere is fun and the staff is prompt and friendly. They have one or two specials at lunch and dinner, as well as drink specials. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.

I love this place. Its in a convenient place. Lots of parking. The staff is great. Theyre just wonderful. The food is good and priced well. Im not really a drinker, but their margaritas are good too. Normally, I get the Nachos de Asada. I suggest this dish. Ill definitely be back.

I love their chilaquiles! My husband and I both ordered them. His didnt have very many tortillas, but mine was perfect. Their salsa is also very spicy (which I like), but not kid friendly. Also, you cant go wrong with the margaritas! Very reasonably priced, and good portions.

It was okay, food was good. Got a real mexican feel to it. The only problem that i had was our waitress charged us for everything, even for the jalapenos an extra cheese dip. Glad we didnt get no drink only water. Other than that food is great..
