Worst customer service ever. The employees did not give proper attention. I also saw them feeding themselves before customers. It is very upsetting that when we went there around 8.30pm, they were almost out of gucomoula and the employee came and filled it all in his container in front of me and when i asked for the gucomoula they said they didnt have it anymore. I am not saying that they shouldnt eat but if there are customers in front of them waiting to be helped how can they fill their containers first, whereas customers should be their 1st preference. The manager of this store must work on this and ask their employee to be more attentive to their customers and talk them not to talk amongst themselves instead of checking them out.

Love this location and Chipotle! The parking: The share the same parking lot with Cooks and Warehouse and its never full so parking is always garunteed. The food: They are paleo and vegan friendly and thats very important to me as a healthy addict. The staff: The staff is so helpful and great there! They are so friendly. Also, you may see a huge line walking to the store but dont be discouraged because it always goes by fast. Not like in 2 minutes, more like 5 minutes, but still quick enough. Overall: This is my main Chipotle spot not because its close to work, but because overall this location is great!

My family and I went to this location the service was horrible! The place was unsanitary ex: napkins on tables food on the seats. When we went it was very crowded. They were serving old food to customers. That which my dad complained about. They gave us the same old food back. When we got to the register and my dad asked for a refund they said "no refunds" . My dad was very upset and we left. Do not eat here! Horrible service.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive always received great service here. Starting off with a positive interaction with the people that work for an establishment really sets the tone for the rest of the experience. And of course the food is great. The steak, chicken, and barbacoa are all delicious. Im not one to eat a vegetarian meal, I usually need some form of meat. But I dont mind skipping the meat at Chipotle, whether in a bowl or burrito.

All Chipotle restaurants that starting not to have any flavor in your burrito is usually cold for some reason you see them cooking the chicken and the steak and chopping it up and it looks so good but when they put everything together its not good at all and when they do the fried vegetables the bell pepper and onions they always have this black stuff from them not cleaning the grill

This location is fast and efficient. The food is exactly how Chipotle corporate would expect it at their headquarters. The staff is responsive to customer needs. It does seem that there are more staff than needed but I may not understand all the functions of each person. Perhaps the overstaffing that I see is what makes my experience superior...

Server wasnt attentive at all. I literally had to scream over the music about 6 times to get her attention because she was wrapping my burrito before I was even done ordering..speaking loudly still didnt work, the customer before me had to chime in with me to get her attention. Please pay attention to customers while youre preparing our meal!

I like this place a lot, but they get bad attitude sometimes. Today, as well as many times before they like to act like I never spend money in there establishment. They get really cheap, the server gave me a huge piece of FAT as my meat in my burrito bowl. Then gave me a sample size cup of meat to make up for it. The one on Ponce is better.

Smaller than average Chipoltes. Located downtown so at peak times it can get a little crowded and the line can be long. Never see the same employees twice; must have a quick turnaround here. There is a free lot to park in for customers, which is nice because otherwise street parking isnt free.

Girlfriend went here to get a burrito after she ruined our dinner. This is what it looked like when I unwrapped it. What human wraps a burrito like this? Shame shame. I give two stars because even though I havent eaten it yet. Its still likely better than what happened to our planned dinner.

As a military member I have eaten the best of the best Chipotle. This is a top rated spot. The customer service ( from Nariah) was the best. Although they dont give military discount she gave me a smile and said, thanks for your service, than took my payment, lol.

Server staff waiting till the steak was down to the last dried dog gibbles. Was told 15 min to cook? Really? Chipotle nation wide is manned by morons. The food is good when hot and fresh not dry and unpalatable. Pissed poor excuse for a burrito restaurant.

I when to pick my girlfriend at Decatur station, because we were going to eat in Chipotle, I leave the parking lot for 5 minutes probably less and this guy at the parking lot give me a ticket for $75. So dont go to this location

The only thing that sucks about all/most Chipotle places is that they lock their doors 10 minutes before they actually are closed. And there is no 24/7 or close@11PM or 12AM location that I currently know. Thats all for now.

We prefer eating here over Willys or Moes because of the quality ingredients. It would be great, however if management would hire a couple of adults to supervise the children who are running the restaurant.
