This is the 3rd time that I have visited this Chipotle location, and definitely my last. On my first visit, everyone was so nice and the food has always been amazing.On my second visit, I was still slightly confused with the menu and I asked a lot of questions and the lady taking my order was aggravated with me, and very rude. I let it slide and the only reason why I came back for a 3rd time -tonight- is because my boyfriend wanted to eat there. They were very busy, which was fine. However, when we got up to the counter, the girls barely acknowledge us. They were talking so fast, I could barely understand them. Then when I went to get a drink, there was no ice and the sweet tea dispenser had water in it, so I decided to get sprite. So me and another lady tell the cashier that the drinks and ice need to be refilled and he says ugh! Give me a second! So I go sit down and then realize that my sprite was actually water too. So I go remind the cashier, and he completely ignores me. The food is really amazing, but the service is terrible. Never in my life will I be back. I understand that it is busy in there, but if the staff continues to be this rude, Im sure this location will lose many customers. Also, there should be a phone number on the receipt to call corporate so we can let them know that their employees are treating their customers this way. Highly dissatisfied.

Chipotle brand is great but this particular store has the worst quality in terms of service and portion size as its next to FSU and gets a high volume of students. Some days youll get half a scoop of protein and less rice than usual, maybe to save on costs and having to make lots of food for all those who visit the store. Some days the rice is uncooked, especially the brown rice, or the beans are too salty. The staff doesnt seem to care too much and seem quite eager to get your tiny portions and get the full money amount though. Go to another Chipotle in Tallahassee if you want Chipotle the way you always loved it.

I have never been to Chipotle... but everyone seems to love it so I went today! I got the steak bowl with rice, cheese, guac, lettuce, and sour cream! I loved everything except for the steak, I actually pushed all the steak aside it tasted weird. Anyways the rest was awesome, 10$ for a bowl is pretty ridiculous especially because I am tiny and was not that full, but for maybe 1 or 2 times a month is good when Im hungry for the fast food type!! Also the menu was really confusing, and the girls were kinda rude when i couldnt hear what they were saying and i didnt know what was in the little bins.

Theyve got just barely the idea the kids meals exist here. No one knows it has three sides, and they tried to forget several times. Guy accidentally slid my sons semi-wrapped quesadilla off the counter and onto the floor, picks it up, and places it back on the food counter. Another employee had to tell him to throw it away. He didnt bother washing his hands after touching the floor. Burrito was not wrapped properly and fell apart in my hands. It was a very sloppy visit today.

Good food as we all know from other Chipotle fast foods. And the employees are nice except the guy who was casher and took off to dump the trashes then came back without washing his hands....lol. It happened to Me. I lost words.... couldnt come up with any adequate word at that instant until a firl behind me said something about his nasty hands. ... Sorry guys, but thats exactly what I went through. Hope you guys are little more sanitized, I mean educated.

I have mixed feelings about this place, it really depends on the staff working as to whether or not your going to get all the food you pay for. More times than not youll get a half scooper who literally gives you a half scoop of everything you ask for. I understand these guys get crazy slammed, (even more so than the chic fil a and Starbucks down the street) but if I pay 8 dollars for a burrito I expect it to be busting at the seams.

Have you ever slept outside a store ahead of Black Friday? If the answer is no, then this is a good place to train for such a wait. If youre lucky enough to find a parking spot (read: lucky) then be prepared to wait anywhere from 20-30 minutes until you can get your food. Oh, and bring a book - theres no wifi. PRO-TIP: order your food via the app (or phone), and come with a friend so that they can go inside and collect your order.

The line is always extremely long and after waiting in that long line, they gave me a tiny little scoop of barbacoa. I paid 8 dollars for basically all rice and beans because my bowl basically had no meat. If you want double meat because they dont give you any hardly, then they charge you 3 dollars more. Never seen a more stingy Chipotle! I guess they figure if they give you no meat, they can make more money!

I love Chipotle but the lazy girls that work here need to all get fired. Bring in some top notch people that actually know what it means to bust your butt. The girls here are lethargic and feel entitled to your dollar. Thats why this is the slowest chipotle youll ever go to. The line is always to the door and it takes 30+ minutes to get your food. This is not the way the Chipotle chain operates.

This is perphaps the worst chipotle Ive been too. Yeah they dont give enough meat portion size, but thats what all chipotles have turned to doing now. The employees are so rude and every single time I am there they have 2 people working the food line when there are 20+ people in line. Terrible. This chipotle suck a compared to the one on Applache will be going to that one now.

The servings are half the size of any other chipotle. The lines are generally to the door so be prepared to wait 20 minutes at the minimum. Dont bother ordering online because they are never ready on time and often they wont start making it until you get there which can take 20 more minutes. Chipotle is good, but this store is not.

They really cheap out on the meat here. I had less than 15 pieces of chicken on my bowl (just over half a scoop) asked for more and got an attitude from the lady behind the counter. Clearly the manager or owner had complained about the margins... Id recommend going to the Chipotle on Apalachee instead. They give normal portions.

Disgusting food, I ate here a lot until an employee told me how nasty it is behind the counter. Also more than once I had employees in the food line short me on rice when they didnt have beans or white rice. Wtf is that, glad I left and didnt get the food. I love chipotle but this one sucks

In terms of quality, this chipotle has lower quality than other chipotles in Tallahassee. Portions are smaller too. Recently, I found a piece of steak in my Sofritas bowl which is upsetting because I do not eat meat! They need to have better separation between the different proteins :(
