Well it is wednesday February 22 national Margarita day. TheY have great margaritas, but the service and manager on duty were not professional. We have been coming here for years, Miguel was our server very good at the beginning asked him what he reccomends, we took his recommendation. However when the food arrived I had hair on my stuffed chicken breast, I told the server he said nothing , no apologies or asked if I would like something else. I ordered a burrito I nstead. It was brought to me by another server, I never saw Miguel again I had to hunt him down for the check. When I spoke to the manager Ricardo he was busy, after explaining wat happened all he said was nex t time ask for me and I will give you something, he didnt even ask who I was I was not compensated or anything. How would he possibly remember me?? I was very disappointed, I am in the restaurant business myself . WAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT!!!!. I am very hesitant to even think of going back there. Very unprofessional.

Was not satisfied at all. We ordered green tamales and they were red with green salsa on the side and the waitress even confirmed with the kitchen and they still said theyre green tamales. The ceviche had no flavor,vegetables are supposed to be fresh they were cooked. Shrimp had no taste no season no flavor. Comes with crackers and tostadas and they were soggy when it was served to us. Server brought us our sodas and they were flat and we told the server to forget about it and she still brought the sodas again later when we were about to finish eating. Only the soup was good. Never going back again. Bad experience

This is our go-to Mexican spot in Oak Park. Not as good as the place we loved in the city, but theres never a problem getting a table, they have delicious, made-by-the-table guacamole, and they serve a chicken noodle soup with every meal that is surprisingly good (I know, its weird and I dont even usually like chicken noodle soup, buts tasty -- and they will bring a huge bowl of it for toddlers, so thats a bonus). Entrees are decent, and as the namesake suggests, margaritas as solid. Check Yelp for deals, too -- you can often get a free appetizer if you check in!

Food was awful.. no taste, no presentation. Fajitas were bland and dry, Cerviche was just a bunch of cheap onions and shrimp pieces. Whats worse, however, is after making it very obvious that we werent going to eat the food, as 2 out of 3 items ordered were barely touched, no compensation was even offered and we were charged the extortionately high $75 for an overall terrible experience that ruined our evening. What a ridiculous waste of money.

They are absolutely horrible. Just paid 50 for nothing but rice in a shell. Nothing but a spoon full of meat in a burrito. Sitting there and explaing that to a manager is like speaking to a rock. Asking for them to fix it is even worse. They look at you like your an idiot, waiting for over 30 mins to fix a order they never even fixed. F-it we just left.

Great local spot! Fresh ingredients and terrific, attentive service makes this on of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Margaritas are made using fresh ingredients and not mixes. Best appetizers are the chicken quesadillas and the Botanas Combination. Just wish they had an outdoor dining option; otherwise the place would be perfect!

Poor customer service. Even after clearly reading the warning on the front door about using Groupons, the waiter offered the same announcement. Rude! I can pay cash!!! Margaritas were mediocre, and waiter showed no apathy when my sister complained about hers. Check please. Place down the road much better!

Excellent table-side made guacamole! They have strong margaritas and tasty mojitos. Their steak sopes, and chicken soup are my regular favorites. There are many other good dishes to choose from on their menu. The chicken soup is complimentary with a meal.

The restaurant is a very nice place and service is good. I thought my pork burrito wasnt amazing but pretty good. People in my party got fajitas and thought they were bland. Food was a little expensive ($13 burrito with rice and beans, $16 fajitas).

Quick service, tasty food, good margaritas, somewhat tacky atmosphere - it delivers what you would expect it to from the time you walk in. Its our "go to" Mexican place for convenience and cost, but ultimately not where you go for a memorable meal.
