Not my best experience at a Chipotle. They seem to rush the prep and cook stages and the food shows it when it gets to your bowl. Ive been a few times and had way over salted rice, burned meat and soupy pico. The lines are always crazy long and for no good reason other than the people behind the counter taking their sweet time. There is a lack of urgency with everything there and doesnt seem like other Chipotle locations Ive been to. Maybe this is a training location and if so give the trainees a badge, I may be OK with it knowing that ahead of time. Initially, I was happy to see a Chipotle on the south side but after visiting a few times I started travelling back to other locations north of here.

Experience was fine. We ordered online and picked up our food. The atmosphere was very tight and small. Felt claustrophobic. They could have made it a teeny bit bigger. The food was good but just average. It was not as good as I was told it was. If you want excellent, fresh, fast Mexican food in the morrow / forest park ga area, please visit Don Burrito at the farmers market. Their food surpasses Chipolte by far. I can say I was kind of disappointed in the food. It seemed more like a souped up Taco Bell with better advertising. The food was of that quality and not of what we were expecting at all.

The food had its usual taste and seasoning but it was cold the rice was cold the meat was cold I asked the young lady why was that so and she said that it is supposed to be above 195 temp. The key word here is supposed she should know and then once I mention that it should have been checked for accuracy. The dining hall was not maintained food and trash was all over the floor and no one was tending to it. I felt the presence that there was no manager on staff or could it have been that the manager was not doing their job. This food cost too much to have bad experience.

MAD slow and the customer service was okay. Not enough interaction to even really mention it. The line reached the door and suddenly many of the workers appeared from the back for the food line & It was still slow after so many workers returned. The meat and even sauce servings were pretty small & it looked as if some were getting the hook up on portions. They were out of a few toppings like veggies & the food was hot but pretty bland. Also, there are a few hunks of long old(?) lettuce in my side of very bland gacuamole. Overall, its slow and lacks of flavor.

The difference in day time shift and night time at this restaurant is unbelievable. Day time is great, employees are friendly, food is fresh, counters are clean. But nighttime is a different story. Food EVERYWHERE, looks like they dont bother to wipe the counters between orders. Food even tastes completely different at night. Employees are rude, cleaning up long before closing, not leaving tables for customers. And they seem more concerned with each other than the customers. Pretty disappointing, probably wont be back.

The burritos here, do not have any flavor. Also, how DO YOU NOT HAVE QUESO! YOU HAVE ALL OF THESE NACHOS, AND NO QUESO!!!!!......Whatever though, thats just my personal preference. But lets get into the details. The sauce is just bland, the hot one is just meh, the mild one has more flavor but over powers the entire burrito, and without the sauce youll quickly find that there is no flavor. I had to scratch it off my list a while ago, its too expensive to not looking for the experience I am looking for.

I love Chipotle but this location is not one I will return to. The entire place was filthy, you could watch the cooks cross contaminate the surfaces, and what looked like a fire sprinkler was dripping into a bucket that was full of an unidentifiable substance. Three different groups were standing in line while the employees argued over who had to help us. The only reason they get two stars is because Im addicted to burrito bowls and they piled the cheese on when I said I wanted heavy cheese.

Food is good however the food station is always messy and the last 3 times I tried the chips the tasted stale. I was told it was they are baked only 2 times daily. The store is always busy so the staff moves fast but are messy servers. Customer service is horrible. The servers play around too much in front of the customets. The dining area in dirty as well as the serving line. Gone from bad to worst. Atrocious!!!!!!

My experience at the Camp Creek location was not the best. It was not clean, the rice was undercooked, and staff was not friendly. I usually go to the one on Mt. Zion Blvd which has better service and the food is ALWAYS SO DELICIOUS. So, therefore I was very disappointed when I didnt receive the same service at the other location.... I dont think Ill be revisiting thwith Camp Creek location anytime soon.

Chipotle in Clayton County has kept the expectation for service in this area in line! Terrible service, everything is frantic and feels very unstructured. I feel like Im being served by the rejects from other locations. If I were Chipotle, I wouldve paid DOUBLE overtime for people that live outside of this pitiful excuse of a community to come and work at this location.

This used to be my favorite location but lately, past few times, this place have hired younger individuals who doesnt care about customer service nor the food. The food has become very bland. They hired this new girl about a couple months ago who gives a half a scoop of of everything, lol. At least give customers their full scoop of whatever is ordered.

Best chipotle Ive been to by far!! The crew is extremely nice and Im greeted with a smile every time. The food is great quality! All the meat looked fresh and moist on the line and the cold side was cold. The crew always moved with urgency and was pleasant about it. They even passed out coupons when you reached to cashier. I love it!!

Dirty. Just really dirty. Customer service is good, but the restaurant is really dirty. From where they prepare the food, the floor to the dining area. The food is standard chipotle and they usually give you large portions without asking. So make sure you tell them that you want portion sized if youre watching calories.

All Chipotles are busy but this location is superb on camp creek. In Morrow they move the line quickly and always greet you. Dereon is always friendly and speedy on cashing you out. I love this location. Dereon is my favorite! Keep up the good work because its not everyday they acknowledge your great customer service

Life savor!! My gf called me saying she has an emergency... (read: pregnancy craving) luckily this is one of the very few locations in the South -unless you are flying out- that you can actually get Chipotles amazing Burritos from :-) Staff was excellent. Friendly and efficient: Im definitely visiting again

They need to greatly impove on how they do the chips here. They always put too much seasoning on them making them soggy. Its frustrating because i love them. Otherwise everything is great. Sometimes i find the parking area is annoying, but its out of their control.
