Let me start by saying this is the 1st time Ive EVER reviewed a place. Went in around 9:30pm, they didnt close until 11pm. It was a ghost town. It took 3 minutes minutes for someone to greet me then another 2 at least before they got someone to come out the back to help me. The woman and young man that came out from the back looked like the just woke up. When taking my order I couldnt hear ANYTHING they were saying. It was my 1st time at this place and they werent helpful at all, although its like other burrito joints. Just working in the customer service field I was taken aback. Spent $33 on 2 burritos and a cheese quesadilla and the tineset bag of chips for my extra queso and guac. Food was OK. No Qdoba or Chipotle. Cant say Ill return. They need staff and some kinda life/atmosphere in that place along with better prices.

Posted: 5/17/2017. I go in here often because I work often in the area and its what is available in the area besides standard fast food. However, I will stop . Everytime I go in here, the staff is really rude and unfriendly like theyre afraid or disgusted by the customers. Had an employee keep walking back and forth through the customer order line in front of me, and never said "excuse me".They try to give you as small a portion as possible, also. I always try to be courteous and respectful no matter what. Because these employees in here have no idea about how dealing with the public works, Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Whomever operates this branch better be glad most patrons here could care less about the quality of service they receive here. Poor service makes me wonder if Ill get sick later.

Very inconsistent. I get a chicken burrito every time. Sometimes it is perfect, other times the burrito is soft/thin and rips open and I have to eat with a spoon. Sometimes the toppings ratio is perfect, other times they put so much salsa and sour cream it becomes a soggy wet mess. Some times the burrito is 2 inches thick, some times it is 4 inches thick. Employees are never very personable but I come here for the food, not for their company. Never have to wait in line very long. Their app is pretty nice.

Didnt dry out beans... put rediculous amounts of salsa on my burrito and wouldnt ask or show us toppings past meat.... they were very rude to us as the two guys behind the counter told me when I said this was inedible.... is that he didnt make that...and then refused to remake it.. the guys have to be on heroine or something. They screwed up all four of our meals and even the lady behind us... never again will I eat here.... Id rather eat taco bell than risk another experience like that here

I love this place! Sometimes I even dream of this place! (I am not kidding). Every time I go there, no matter how long of a line they have, you get through it very quickly. The people that they have working there know what they are doing and do it well. I always get the veggie burrito and it is always amazing!!!! I love their tortillas. This place is so much better than any other fast food Mexican place (or even the sit down Mexican places!)

Was a bit disappointed on my trip here. The meals didnt come with anything other than the actual burrito or quesadilla that was ordered. Would have been much better if it were to come with even a small side of rice or beans. My kids got the pork on their quesadillas and the meat was lacking in flavor. The queso and chips was pretty good though and the burrito I got was decent but nothing special.

went in on 7/8/16 with my wife and 6 month old and the tall guy with glasses was yelling and cursing very loudly at the guy with a beard there were many people inside besides us it was very uncomfortable!maybe you should keep him in the back.or he should take some kind of professionalism class.wont b back taco bell is cheaper and drama free!

Poor food quality. Ordered tacos and a quesadilla. The tacos had more meat than the quesadilla. The prices look good, but you certainly get what you pay for, which wasnt much. Ended up going through fast food afterwards. Wish there was a Chipotle on this side of town.

We usually love it here, but this particular visit was not so great! The young lady waiting on is was not very friendly. And one of our burritos had a huge home that all the filings were coming out. I am not one to complain, but was kind of disappointed this time

I usually just get a salad. I wish I didnt feel so rushed going through the line though. I also wish the prices werent so high. The food is good though, seems to always be fresh.
