Terrible service. We waited for a long time before anyone acknowledged us even though we were the only ones in line to order food and there were probably only three other customers in the restaurant eating. It was around four in the afternoon so there was no reason for the employees to ignore customers (like they were closing or something). We ordered a number one and a number two and the cashier gave us a hard time when we grabbed cups for our drinks. He said we only got the sandwich. We told him that we ordered the combos and he said yes but some people order the combo when all they want is a sandwich. That doesnt make any sense and why would I order just a sandwich with no drink if Im ordering in? We wound up having to do a separate order for just the drinks and the chips after-the-fact. He was unapologetic and looked like he was high or really hung over.

The manager is very polite and professional. The staff reflect his leadership skills. I come here once or twice a week. The food is so good. I like that there is a versatile workforce here and everyone seems to be very joyful.

We mistakenly thought we had ordered a combo. When we went back to add it on, the guy at the register said "you gotta say the word combo to get a combo" terrible service and the employees are very unfriendly.

Good food. Not as fast as subway, but sub was way better. Has the coke freestyle drink despenser which is awesome. Clean. Seems to be favored by the locals as it is surrounded by chain restaurants.

The food is always fresh and hot. Staff for the most part is great. If I order ahead of time I can skip the lines a lot of times.
