Staff is kind of friendly. Food was fair. Sides tasted like frozen food that was microwaved. Ribs are ok (not moist; not a lot of meat on ribs). Chicken (white meat) was dry. Menu is pricy. Small restrooms offered (not handicap friendly). Restrooms are dirty and sink sprays water hard causing your shirt to get soaked while trying to wash your hands. Restroom sink, faucet and hot/cold water handles are cloudy/dirty. (Greasy) High chairs available for kids. All tables inside have chairs (no booths). Tables have dried on food underneath tables that rubs I to your leg when you are eating your dryer out food. Hard Tile floors were dirty (can cause a customer to slip if they were a little wet; watch where you walk if you wish to live a longer life). Ice machine is slow and doesnt work well. Food is under heat lamps in metal containers. Deserts are pricey. Drive thru is available with one street lamp with two bulbs lighting part of drive thru. Boston Market is in Lowes front-left parking lot. In the evening, the sun shines in front windows blinding guests that are sitting down. Lots of unfriendly homeless people outside. Bad part of town (lock up your valuables). Two small portions of meat, two small portions of sides, a drink and a small slice of a bitter, dried up brownie costs over $16 dollars. There are better choices out there for $16 dollars of food. They claim their food is natural and hormone free until you see them prepare your food with their bare hands (same hands they were just mopping the floor with; all this is happening while the older African American manager is watching; Im not racist, I just would like the food to be good and the person preparing it to follow clean kitchen habits while preparing my plate of food). Demographics of employees are 1/3 African American and 2/3 Spanish.

I really enjoy Boston Markets. One of my fave fast food/casual places. I stopped in at the Market today and had a less than pleasurable meal. I veered off my usual turkey platter with gravy and mash and asked for a "Thanksgiving sandwich": Turkey, stuffing and cranberry. I wasnt specific enough so the sandwich came with lettuce, tomato and cheese (and mayo). Thats on me. But heres the issue: I havent gotten their stuffing in a while and it was bad. If you stuff a bird, you know the celery gets soft has no chew to it. This had chew. And carrots. Its like they switched to boxed stuffing. Never ordering stuffing again. Got corn as a side. It was chewy. I didnt eat either. The manager there was very cool. Engaging. He came over and chatted at me through my meal which sometimes bothers me but he wasnt an imposition. I will be back to Boston Markets because they are very reliably good. This location and others. Next time though, Ill stick with what I know. Their sides are normally good. String beans, squash, mac and cheese. But the stuffing and corn? Blech.

OMG!!! I had the absolute worst experience at this location. I took a client who has a slight physical disability and while my client was looking for her gift card the cashier was rushing her by telling her to hurry up and that she was holding up the line. Once my client got her gift card out to pay, the cashier made us wait and tells the store manager in what was supposed to be a whisper that my client was holding up the line. I was livid!!! That worker was way out of line and extremely rude to us. I WILL NOT visit that location again due to that rude worker. That left a very bad impression and I am VERY disappointed in the level of customer service that we received. This happened on 2/21/17 at 5903 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs 30328 location.

I just had a wonderful meal at this Boston Market all were friendly and the food was as it should be. I had the combo ribs and white meat chicken combo dinner and it was delicious , hot juicy, ribs were fall of the bone tender, chicken juicy and succulent, and hot properly cooked vegetables. All were very friendly, however Debbie was a stand out and knows the meaning of delivering Legendary Service to your guests. I will be back again. Thanks again

This place is filthy. Management needs to be replaced here. Instead of focusing on cleaning the place (which looked like a war had just been lost), the manager decided to take up a table or two to do his nightly or weekly paperwork.

I LOVE Boston Market. Weve ordered from here twice and taken the food home - its great home cooked food at a great price! We order the 4 person meal, and for under $30 are able to have 5 - 6 meals from this. Love it.

Disappointing. Half my meal was excluded from my market bowl and after receiving my purchase, drivethru attendant would not acknowledge me still sitting at the window..All I wanted was utensils for my food.

Typical Boston market. Love to get the rotisserie chicken which is only 2.99 on weekdays. Kind of inconvenient to get into their parking lot from Roswell road
