I used to go here a lot when I lived down there. This was the first time I have stopped here in a long time and wasnt to pleased. I was the only one who placed an order, the guy on the grill finished an order... The guy at the register went on break, guy on grill told him to hurry up, they were training a new guy and he did exactly what he was told. then ten minutes later two more guys walked in place an order.. The guy comes back from break THEN he starts my food as well as the other guys food. Took me 15 minutes for my food, not terribly long its just the grill guy did nothing until the other guy came back from break.

Aweful, waited half an hour. Multiple customers were served before me and my order was one item and simple. You would think with five people working my fries(after 30 min mind you) would be cooked properly. The "gentleman" who took my order was so high I had to repeat it multiple times. Was looking forward to a cheese steak , Ill never go back to that location

Worst experience ever. Dominic was the rudest person. I asked to file a complaint after waiting for 15 minutes after ordering and then being told they didnt accept credit card. He said someone was supposed to have told us when we ordered but that never happened. I asked to complain and he started to insult me at that point

This branch of Penn Station has a very strange table layout thats not really inviting. I feel like Im walking through a hallway of eating people rather than a comfortable restaurant. Foods great and staff is friendly here. Parking lot is kind of hard to get out of.

Food is delicious!! Wish they would bake more cookies!! We can go in at 4 pm sometimes and they wont have any left.. kinda pricy for a fast food place but we know that before going in

Ordered over the phone and when we arrived to pick up, they said they can only take cash. Would have been nice if they told us when we ordered. Had to leave and go somewhere else.
