This location has been on a downward spiral for the last two years. The staff is constantly changing and not for the better, the food is just okay and they always run out of things. Just yesterday I went for breakfast, they told the gentleman in front of me they were out of eggs, we both saw an employee walking with a container of eggs, really???!! My simple bagel order was not correct as usual, and they throw your food up on the counter as if your in their way. This location will not last long especially in this area, the community will not put up with the slack and poor attitudes of the employees. Take it somewhere else.

This is perhaps the worst Panera Bread of them all. Every time I walk through these doors, I anticipate that theyve ran out of some items or that they will mess up my order. This happens pretty much every time. The system was down and I could not receive my rewards points and the cashier just said yeah unfortunately its down. One of the food preparers was quick to say that there was no more chicken salad for my sandwich (after Ive already paid for it), and the manager had to ask her if she had even checked in the back for some more, only to find out that there was in fact more chicken salad that needed to be brought out.

service was terrible. the teenage cashier looked off in another direction and treated us like a nuisance. after she took our order she grabbed one of the bagel tissues they use for grabbing bagels, spit her gum into it, and then threw it away before handling more of the bagels we ordered to take home for later. spitting gum in the middle of an order???? the teenage food prep guy acted half-baked. the soup was cold and did not come with a spoon. the salad had no dressing. Emory Village has other good restaurants just a few steps away. Avoid Panera and go somewhere else.

Arguably the dirtiest restaurant Ive ever eaten in... The manager was aloof and didnt greet anyone in the long line, and there was only one register open. The tables were all dirty and the dirty dishes were piled high at the trash cans... At the register, you could see that the floor of the kitchen was visibly dirty, and the health inspection score was not posted anywhere to be seen by customers. Worst panera experience EVER! Wont be coming back to the N Decatur Rd location...

On my most recent visit two flies were swarming (literally flying on and off) the cinnamon rolls. I told the cashier that the flies were on the rolls and I would feel bad not mentioning in case someone wants to purchase. Her response was something near oh for some reason theyve (as in the flies) been in here this week. I walked away to get my food. Ten minutes later, cinnamon rolls still sitting there and continues to take customers order. Really, throw the darn rolls away!

The worst customer service ever here. Long faces and bad attitude is what I got here on a Friday morning at 9:25 AM January 27th. Placed a order and waited about ten minutes and nothing. I asked how long it take to prepare two bagels and they said its ready. They never called my name to let me know they were ready. What a waste of time. Nevertheless to say I will not be back. Find a better place to go for bagels Im sure it wont be hard at all.

Repeat offenders for leaving main ingredients off of a to-go order, not to mention unapologetic. Multiple times have forgotten the chicken on a grilled chicken salad, given the completely wrong salad dressing, left out certain salad toppings, or forgotten to include the salad dressing all together. Its a shame since it is right by my house, but I now drive the extra distance to the N. Druid Hills or Ansley Mall location to avoid going here.

Consistently aimless staff more interested in their phones and gossip than keeping coffee urns full or bathrooms cleaned. The management seems entirely missing or ineffective, and the lounge area at the door is used as a staff dining room and post-shift hangout which makes any paying customer feel like an intruder. This is too large an establishment in too good a location to be squandered by such sloppy performance.

I like to stop by in the mornings to get a bagel. Mornings are always very busy. There is always one person taking orders and the manager is always walking around. To me that is not good customer service. Today I ordered a whole wheat bagel with Swiss Cheese. When I arrived to my office, I noticed that the Cheese was not on my bagel. Very disappointing.

Every time I go to this Panera, they are out of bread bowls and they mess up my to-go order. Each time the employees act like it was my fault that the order was not correct when I ordered a basic sandwich and a soup. Be aware that whatever you order, wont be what you get. Think of it as dinner roulette except everyone loses.

Panera Bread is one of my fav places. I adore their smoothies, and I cant live a day without drinking at least one. My family loves their breads which is another reason to stop by there every day. In addition, the staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Small everyday chats with them put a smile on my face.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast or lunch. Fresh food, quick service, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend any of the bagels, panini sandwiches, or salads. If you would prefer soup, go for the broccoli cheddar or the chicken and wild rice. Its delicious!

Im done with this location. I cant remember the last time they got my order correct. Time before last I ordered two bagels, they gave me one. They have also left the apples off of a Fuji Apple salad and put ham instead of turkey on a turkey avocado blt. How do you mess these up?

Nice location, but parking can be limited. Service has always been good when Ive been there -- maybe a little slow, but they didnt mess up my order. Food is okay, but its definitely expensive for what you get. WiFi can be really spotty depending on where you sit.

Food is pretty consistent. When they make a mistake, there is no hassle to get it corrected which is nice. Issue Ive encountered is because it is a popular spot, it can get a little dirty in the dining area. Otherwise its alright

I love Panera food and I was visiting Emory and poped by. My service was greeted with a smile and taken excellently. The food was faboulous as always. Great place to eat but tends to get a bit loud. :)

The food is good here, but it is usually crowded during busy hours and the WiFi is terrible. I wouldnt recommend choosing this place to study unless you go during off hours.

Never had a bad experience here. Being a national chain, its all about the people. They are nice and quick with the orders. I am always in and out promptly.

If youre coming for the Wi-Fi, dont. Its painfully slow. It took me 10 minutes just to Google this Panera and write a review. Great baked goods though.
