I just had dinner here yesterday; with a group of 30 people. Usually when you go in with a big group like that you sort of expect to wait awhile for the food, and whatnot. We only had two waiters for our group. Both had a great attitude and were very helpful. After all the drink orders were taken, it only took about 3-5 minutes for everyone to receive their drinks. In which no one had any issues and got exactly what they ordered. Right after the drinks were passed out they took our orders. The appetizers came out within 10 minutes; and the salad and bread sticks followed. As soon as everyone finished, the entrees were coming out. Our entire group was mostly couples, and most of them ordered one entree to share. The chefs were gracious enough to go ahead and split the portion in halves while making the dish, so everyone had their own plate. Extra items such as sauces that were requested; were not forgotten and brought out at the requested time. The waiters made sure we never ran out of salad, breadsticks, drinks, and had everything we needed. We were put in a separate space from all other tables, so it was not loud and had plenty of space for us all to fit comfortably. We received our bills as our plates were taken out of our way. All were correct and had no problems. Since we were eating here before a big event, I was very impressed with the timely manor we received everything. So overall, we had fast and great accurate service.

Food was great but the service was bad! We went for lunch around 2 PM on a Friday and had to wait for 10 mins to find a table. We were a party of two so we chose the $6.99 Soup, Salad and Breadsticks and the $7.99 Soup and Grilled Chicken & Cheese Piadina each. Our waiter brought our drinks, breadsticks and one bowl of salad out (which was part of the $6.99 menu that my friend ordered). We waited for several minutes for my soup to come out but he never showed up. So my friend and I decided to share her salad while we waited on my soup and piadina to arrive. The waiter brought out my Piadina but not the soup. I pressed the button on the monitor screen to call him back but he showed 20 mins after. When we asked him about my soup, he said "well you already had the salad." The salad not part of my order. My friend and I ended up sharing because of his tardiness! If i had ordered the salad, then he shouldve brought out two bowls instead of just one! He never apologized. He came out with a bowl of Zuppa Toscana Soup after we explained to him that we had shared her order and that my order was still incomplete. We placed two orders with soups included in each. The way we choose to split our food is none of his concern! The waiter clearly needs retraining and more manners. We used to come here all the time but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouth. Never going back.

I give two stars only because of the friendly customer service. There was a urine/bathroom odor upon entering the restaurant. The smell was loud and noticeable enough that I had to bring it to a manager attention. There was a guy in a red chef jacket that I was told was the mgr. However I think he was the senior or head chef, not the mgr or owner. I could be wrong though. Whatever the case he was very nice. Anyway, my food wasnt up to par. I ordered the Lobster ravioli and the steak Gorgonzola. The Lobster ravioli seemed to be cooked properly but the taste wasnt hitting the spot for me. The steak Gorgonzola pasta was horrible. Ive had it before in the past and tonight it wasnt good. It was very watery the sauce didnt have that Gorgonzola taste. They did cook the steak to medium temperature as I requested but the watery sauce ruined the whole dish. I was disappointed and still hungry. Thank Goodness I ordered dessert so I had fill my belly with soup and cheese cake to feel full. $51.00 meal totally NOT worth the price.

Well, for starters, my son and I always split an entree, and split the ONE BOWL of soup. We do not ask for a refill. Tonight I was told we couldnt split the soup, we would have to buy second bowl. So, I ordered the ONE bowl of soup and asked for an extra empty bowl. On a previous visit, I was not with my son, but a co-worker, so I was not splitting a meal. During this meal, I did not eat the ONE BOWL of soup that comes with my meal, but asked for a to-go bowl in order to take it home with me. I was told that we were not allowed to take our soup to go. Seriously, Olive Garden, you have usually watered down the soup to such a degree that it is not that good anyway. I have no idea why you are treating customers this way when we CLEARLY pay to have one bowl of the watered down soup with our entree. Maybe you should look at other ways to cut costs. Perhaps limit soup/salad refills to one, etc. The sub-par chain food is definitely not worth being harassed over.

Worst service my husband and I have ever experienced. When we arrived we were seated secluded off in a little room away from everyone else. The waiter took our order and brought our food out and that was all we saw of him until we were done eating. He didnt ask if we needed anything or offer more water (both our glasses were empty). He didnt offer cheese on our dishes when he brought them or offer dessert. It took a long time for him to bring the receipt back as well. The manager was running around trying to help another waiter and came in our little room and didnt say anything to us just got something from a table and left. When the waiter brought the check he didnt take our coupon off. So then he brought it back correctly and forgot the receipt for us to sign. We will never be going back to this Olive Garden again.

I had the best service at the Olive Garden I ever had and we are very picky and had our waiter running. Also our meal was delicious and for the price you cannot beat them. I also wanted to ad that the staff at the Olive Garden is very honest and where so helpful. I lost my wallet with EVERYTHING in it including $200 cash while dining and did not discover it was gone until the next day. They had locked it up in their safe and when I got it back all credit cards, checkbook and ALL THE CASH was there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone not only for this reason but for the great food and service!!!!!!!!

I didnt really expect a lot from a chain restaurant for Italuan, but I was a guest, so ordered Caesar salad, angel hair pasta with meat sauce & meatballs & the lemon cake for dessert. Im an excellent cook and those meatballs would be in competition with my own homemade...spending hours preparing. I was morw than pleasantly surprised that it appears as though The Olive Garden has really stepped up their game wurh both the food, beverage service, cleanliness and overall customer service. I will definitely revisit this particular Olive Garden with husband, I was that impressed. Excellent! Loved everything I had.
