This store is HORRIBLE. I drove 30+ min for the California Avocado sandwich. I am sick and my body aches all over, but this was the only thing I could picture eating after an entire day of no food. When I got home, the sandwich had bacon on it ... I dont eat bacon. I dont eat meat, period. The receipt does not say to add bacon and the sandwich does not come with bacon. I called and asked for a refund. The manager, Jafa, said he would not give me a credit over the phone for my sandwich that I cannot eat. He said I would have to drive back over to the store which is over 30 min ... and Im sick. Poor Wilma (the woman I was speaking with at the store) remembered me because I am miserably sick and I waited an eternity for my sandwich to be made. I waited so long she was offering me free pastries or drinks which I politely declined as I just wanted to get home, back in bed.

I had tried a Napa Chicken Salad at Panera Bread today (9/2/14) just for a change, and brought it back in 3 mins; which is the time it wouldve taken me to drive down the street to Atlanta Bread for my Waldorf Chicken Salad. They are so consistent in their level of food, and the quantity is par with the price. That cannot be said for everywhere you order a sandwich or salad. The employees making the food which are mostly young adults and hispanic women are always friendly, efficient and courteous. Even on the evening shift when the person in charge is a young adult, they are always professional and interested in our dining experience. Love this place!

This location seems always dirty and very sloppy. The coffee drink station always looks like a disaster when I visit. The staff have their pants hanging off their butts and look very unpolished. Hope management will improve the cleanliness of the location and soon or I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always delicious and always wonderful service! I order here about twice a week for the executives in my office and we have never had a problem. I recommend the Butternut Squash soup. They dont have it every day so its a treat when you see it on the board :)

Love the outdoor seating. The broccoli cheddar soup is super good. This is par for the course. No reason to avoid this location, the shared parking lot is great as you can really avoid door dings. Staff is excellent as well.

Both sandwiches my wife and I ordered were good. The bad thing was they werent made as described on the menu. The service was good and quick. We wouldnt hesitate to return but wouldnt go out of our way.
