The custumer service was just horrible. Our server conner maude was highly inappropriate. His service was sub par at best, he didnt interact with us, barely did anything but bring the check, then at the register after we paid he decided to inform us " we work for tips, if your not going to tip dont bother coming back, your not welcome here, go somewhere else, never come back !! Needless to say we were pissed, and when we tried to get contact information to report our complaint he got scared and tried to inform us we werent welcome, to leave, and told us he was banning us then called the cops on us. When cops arrived they found that conner called due to basically false information as he told dispath we were threatening him. I hope he is dealt with appropriately and fired for his horrible service and actions.

After spending $50. for lunch at Lucias for mediocre food and bad service, this was a refreshing morning breakfast with my son (who requested to go). It seems there are a couple of new guys (since Ive been in last) serving and cooking. Our waiter was a young man with personality and care about how we felt about the food. He did refills, offered both types of syrup, offered a free waffle he accidentally cooked. The cook was cleaning up the grill while working, and for the first time in a Waffle House I was impressed. I tipped half the check (cant beat $12. for 2 great meals) my son had the new Steak, Egg and Cheese bagel. It was fresh and stacked and wonderful. Still, just one negative. Wipe down the sticky menus and tables a little better - that would make decor "very good" instead of just good.

Brought my 93 year old mother for a waffle around lunchtime. The booth we sat down in was loaded with dirty dishes from previous customers, and the floor underneath was littered with empty cream containers, napkins, and food. Waited almost 10 minutes for waitress to clear table, when she came, she did not say a word and took only half the dishes. Another 5 minutes and she came back for the rest, but did not wipe the table or sweep the floor. Syrup bottle coated with syrup stuck to the table. Menus were sticky as well. Another 10 minutes without attention and we walked out. No one cared. Trash baskets behind the counter were overflowing, with trash piled up on the floor. Filthiest WH I have ever been in. Terrible experience, stay away from this place.

So my friend and i just came to this waffle house because we walked out of the one on sandy plains. And when we walk in there is one waiter on his cell phone while the other one is asking for help and then the two waitresses were fighting and our waitress was slamming our orders on the table. Also i got mostly cheese and no eggs. And there was a lot of tension between the workers. It was uncomfortable and i wanted to leave. When i went to go leave my friend left no tip and then the waitress said "are you going to leave a tip" my friend said no and then i felt pressured to leave a good one.. that was the most uncomfortable rude expierence of my life

Best waffle house around town. Servers are always friendly and nice to talk to. The food is great and never takes more than 5 minuets, would highly recommend. Dont listen to these other morons who had one bad experience and it was probably all their fault. Also for the people who say its a little dirty for godsakes its waffle house and youre not the FU**ING queen of England. Lastly people who dont tip a waffle house server deserves to die a slow death and rot in hell.

Food is great here. They really do know how to cook their eggs, bacon, and toast. My experience with such great food, however, was tainted by the service. "If you dont plan to tip, dont come here," said the cashier (whose name will not be mentioned) after not talking to me or my friend through the duration of our visit. He took our order, and gave us or food in a timely fashion, but paid no attention to us at at as we ate. The food is great though.

Incredible crew at all times especially any day in the morning to early afternoon.......Walter makes excellent food and Ms.Catherine serves it up promptly with a winning attitude and she also has the best laugh ever, we love ❤️ this place and recommend it any day of the week to anyone whose looking for an excellent meal, thx Waffle House we love u guys

The 3rd shift crew is the best I love Conner, Jenn, Jenn, and Mike are my favorite people on earth, I cannot think of a more spectacular set of people then these wonderful human beings. Conner is by far the most courteous servers Ive ever encountered, he talks to me about everything. Highly recommend coming 9pm-7am to see this crew in action.

You know what youre getting with Waffle House, so the rating has to be done against other WaHos, and this one is great. They manage the waiting line of patrons well, the food is good, and the staff are super-friendly. They know quite a few guests by name, so theres a good review buried in that fact.

Friday night crew to my shock was horrible! Cook was calling out orders slow and our server was too busy being entertained by her friend than by her customers. I felt discriminated and dont think Ill return on this night. Much better service is given at the beginning of the week sadly. 6/2/17

Um. The waitress slammed my hot chocolate down. And they were fighting in front of the customers. Its pretty dirty. The foods is always good. But I hate the service, one guy was on the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. And the ladies were fighting over who would do there dishes first

I love the Waffle House in general. The food is fantastic. How good the service is depends on which location you go to, but generally speaking, the service at the Waffle House is good. This particular location falls in that vein. The food was excellent and the service was good.

If you want a good cheap eat for breakfast and Waffle House is the place to go. Its probably not the healthiest breakfast in the world being that they use butter on every menu item. You cant beat cheese eggs bacon and grits for under $6.

Lately I walk in and sit down wait about 5 min for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. There are several servers walking the floor. This has happen twice so I changed my review from 5 starts to 1 star

Order a bacon cheese steak melt. It was disgusting ! I took one bite and had to spit it out.I threw the whole sandwich away.It also had a weird smell .Will never eat at this location again.
